Vishal -Fortunate to play Krishna

The actor will play the role of Lord Krishna in Imagine's forthcoming show Dwarikadheesh, produced by Sagar pictures.

An Indya source claims, "He has become very popular with the audiences and his personality and looks, suit the role of Lord Krishna the best. We are glad to know he agreed to do the role. The show will focus on Lord Krishna's love life with Rukmani and will also narrate major incidents in Krishna's life till his death. Many untouched aspects will be shown in the shows."

A thrilled Vishal Karwal says, "Yes, I am playing the role of Lord Krishna in my next television project called Dwarikadheesh. For the first time, I play this mythological role which is a golden opportunity for me. I wanted to try something different in my career and I feel that this role will create a major turning point in the show. My dad was very happy when he heard that I am working in Sagar Arts' as he is very fond of their shows like Ramayana and Mahabharta. The shooting will start from 12th of this month in Baroda and I can't wait for the shooting to begin."

Apart from Vishal, other co-actors are Hemant Chaddha who will play the role of Balram while Priya Bhatija will play Rukmini.
