Kissi ney...?

I need help!. Dunno from where to start? What m confused about is something very serious. Don't know what will be your reaction after reading what m going to write next. Till now I thought it's the responsibility of local cop for maintaining peace and security, and has the right only of arresting a suspect😆. I am so dumb as I didn't knew before😳😆, that there is someone "kissi ney" whose enjoying same powers as local cop😆. Thanks to Kabeer for talking about that kissi ney yesterday, "Pia ko kissi ney arrest kar liya hai" this is what he said to T yesterday. Now if someone is found talking about "Kissi ney", don't get confused😆. This kissi ney is Dehrdaun's part time people for providing relief to local police . Whose duty is to do their job as part time😆. T was aware of these part time job performers that's why she didn't questioned Kabeer about that kissi ney…. Hats off to Dehradun people oh PKYEK, they are so co-operative😆. M impressed of their dumbness and foolness.
