Geet was really excited to meet those nomads... That was strange because the nomads were the ones who could create problems for them and their stay at Mumbai. It wasn't really a problem for Geet because no human feelings now dominated her and all she could think was of was her work. She had prepared herself mentally for the change while Milind and Ayesha had started searching for a apt place for them. Nainital, Manali, Mussorie were some placing which were being considered... Geet got dressed for her meeting with Abhijeet... When she was on her way she called Abhijeet...
Geet:hi Abhijeet! aap Coffee House mein aa rahe hain na?
Abhijeet: ji Dr. lekin ho sakta hai thodi der ho jaye! aap thodi der wait kar lijiye ga
Geet: hmm...it's okay!
Abhijeet: theek hai phir...bye!
Geet drove straight to her lab since Abhijeet was getting late... she completed her work...sent the report and by the time she reached the Coffee House, it was 5:30 and Abhijeet still hadn't reached... Geet sat near the window thinking of the excuses she would give to Abhijeet to restrain from having coffee. She almost had a puking feeling thinking of the taste of Coffee... finally at about 5:59 pm... Abhijeet called to cancel his plan and Geet decided to leave the shop. Fate again...they missed each other by 2 minutes. As soon as Geet's car left from one-side, Maan's car occupied that place at 6:01 pm... Geet reached back home stressed and furious... she decided to work on her latest report... regarding Lake Murder... she couldn't concentrate...she was hungry...
Maan waited for Naitik and then the duo had Coffee and chatted for long...
Naitik: aur...tumne shaadi nahin ki?
Maan grew morose: shaadi... umm... time nahin mila!
Naitik was surprised: tu...aur time, College mein to bahut time rehta tha yeh sab karne ke liye... blind dates... tu bilkul casanova tha, aur ab dekh... bilkul badal gaya hai!
Maan smiled weakly: waqt sab badal deta hai!
Naitik was shocked: arey Maan! tu kab se philosophy mein interest lene laga!
Maan smiled again and sipped his Coffee: aur Akshara bhabhi! woh kaisi hain!
Naitik replied: woh bilkul theek hai...tujhse milna chahti thi...lekin maine kaha ki aaj dono yaaron ko akele mein time spend karne do... isliye...
Maan smiled and tapped Naitik's shoulder... They both had coffee and then left... Maan returned in his hotel and then started his search for Geet... he searched through the Official Page of CID where no image of his search was available...only about the main team along with the name of Forensic Doctor... He sighed and thought Geet! kahaan ho tum... please waapas aa jao... please Maan broke down into tears and kissed Geet's photo... he kissed her photo again and again and again and then with a thud fell on the ground... He wailed as long as he could and then fell asleep on the floor itself...
Geet was sitting at her window thinking of her 'almost' meeting with Maan and how her heart burned at his scent... She knew if Maan came in front of her...she won't be able to control herself and will finally see an end of Maan Singh Khurana. She was hungry and her throat burned... She jumped out of her window to pacify her thirst... pacifying meant that she needed a human that time... not an animal. She smelt across the air column to trace the scent of some human... when she found none, she sighed and then smelt some animal... Her eyes brightened at the smell of a Mountain Lion which scarcely seen in the place... with a leap... she jumped across the forests and caught the prey by its neck... she sinked her teeth in its neck... She was drinking the blood when Abhijeet called her... she snarled in the reaction and thought agar yeh Abhijeet yahaan hota to iska bhi kaam tamaam kar deti...humesha beech mein aa jata hai. She continued to drink. When she was done she leaped back into her room and called back Abhijeet...
Geet: haan Abhijeet! boliye...usually is waqt mein dinner pe hoti hoon... so I couldn't pick up... koi urgent kaam tha kya?
Abhijeet: nahi Geet!... aap kaisi hain?
Geet: Dr.. boliye to behtar hoga!
Abhijeet was taken aback by Geet's temper: ji! Dr!
Geet was too angry to comment on anything: koi kaam tha to boliye...mujhe aur bhi kaam hai.
Abhijeet: nahi kuch nahi...aise hi... bye!
Geet cancelled the phone and then threw it away...

Abhijeet stood there shocked and surprised hearing her temper... he had never seen Geet so angry earlier and thought she was angry because he missed Coffee plan... He had a strong liking for Geet which he never could express and so he decided that it was all... she should now come to know how he felt for her...
