You're back to hosting the fourth season of the show. What is your role? It feels good to be back on the show. The show touches higher standards of daredevil behaviour and bravado, with each passing season. In Season 4, you will see me push the contestants beyond limits. The participants will shed their glam avatar and will showcase that they are tough ? physically and mentally. |
The promo sees you do a daredevil stunt. What was on your mind during that moment? (Laughs) I was chanting the Gayatri Mantra, which I do while performing a stunt. There was fear as well, but I was cool after that.

Who is better at handling pressure? Men or women? With my experience on this show, women are better at handling pressure. I can cite an example of this. There was a problem with an aircraft on its way to Toronto and it landed in the middle of the sea. When they checked for urine samples, they discovered that 80 per cent of the men had wet their pants. This is how women are. They handle pressure much better. |
Who has been your greatest inspiration? My father is my greatest inspiration. He changed my life and whenever I'm down, I think of the lessons he has taught me. |
Who was the weakest contestant on this show? There was a participant named Promod, who was the weakest contestant. I pushed him over the limit and he has overcome his fears. Similarly, there was a girl named Mouli, who was scared of water, but now she swims without any fear.

How does one overcome a phobia? Fear develops in the mind. I just tell people not to be scared. Face your fears and you will automatically deal with it. You become a tougher person. |
Will you watch the first episode of the show with your family and friends? I will try and watch it. I want the audience to watch this season's Fear Factor. |
