Samrat went outside once again to assure that everyone was there on their beds and they were all safe. But when he returned to the room he noticed that Mayank wasn't there on his bed.
Samrat: OMG!! Bhai... Bhai kahan gaye?
He was all sweating seeing there was no Mayank.
Samrat: Kahin wo... Aatma... OMG!!
He ran outside... Catching his breath he saw Mayank there, sitting on the dinning table.
Samrat: B... Bhai!
Mayank gave no reply... He sat with his bowed head.
Samrat: B... Bhai... Aa... Aap theek hain?
Mayank again gave no reply.
Samrat had no control on his heartbeats.. They kept on rising and he went near Mayank.
He did put his hand on Mayank's shoulder and then firmly asked,
Samrat: Apko kuch chaheye tha?
Mayank quickly gave Samrat a harsh look.
Samrat saw something else, he was seeing someone's else' face in his brother's. He saw his eyes red, in the fire of revenge.
Samrat: BHAI!!!
He screamed.
Mayank came back to his senses and shook his head, all the house members gathered in the lounge.
Mayank: K... Kya hua mujhe? S... Samrat... M.. Main yahan kaise aya?
Samrat: Kuch nahi bhai... Ap ander chalo. Ap sleep-walking kar rahe the.
Mayank: Sleep-Walking? Maine.. Pehle toh kabhi... Ahh... Mera sir...
Samrat: Han app bohot stress lete ho na... Shayad iss wajah se..
Mayank: Stress?
Samrat: Han... Work stress na... App chalo na... Ander chalo main apko sir dard ki dawai deta hoon.
Mayank: Samrat... Aik baat kahoon?
Samrat: Bolo bhai..
Mayank: Tu mujhe sach bata na... Mujhe kya ho jata hai.. Yeh mere saath 2 dafa kya hua tha?
Samrat: Maine kaha na Bhai... Apko kuch nahi hua hai... Ham kal doctor ke paas chalein ge na.
Mayank: Mera ilaaj toh tab hoga jab mujhe bimari pata hogi... Bata na... Mujhe kya hua tha?
Samrat: Meri baaton par yakeen karo bhai... There was nothing wrong... But just to be at the safe side... We'll see a doc tomorrow. Ab aap ander chalo please.
Mayank went inside and Samrat was about to enter back, when he noticed his terrified house members.
Samrat looked at them and assured them that nothing will happen through his eyes. He smiled and was about to go inside when Nupur stopped him.
Nupur: Samrat... Samrat aj main Mayank ke saath so gi.
Samrat: Nahi bhabhi...
Nupur: Agar Mayank ko kuch hua toh main apne aap ko maaf nahi kar paoon gi Samrat...
Samrat: Aur agar meri wajah se apko kuch hua... Toh main apne aap ko maaf nahi kar paoon ga Bhabhi.
Nupur: Mujhe kuch nahi hoga Samrat... Leikin mujhe Mayank ki fiker hai... Main uss kamre mein yoon nahi so paoon gi.. Wo aatma mere Mayank ko kuch kar degi toh.. Toh main kya karoon gi?
And tears started dripping out of Nupur's eyes.
Samrat: Bhabhi... Maine apse kitni dafa kaha hai... Mere hote hue mat daro...
He then called Gunjan.
Samrat: Gunjan... Bhabhi ka khayal rakhna... Aur apna bhi... Dekho bas yeh raat kat jaye toh kal ham... Prof. se koi hal pooch hi len ge. Aur dekhna sab theek ho jayega.
Gunjan: Apna khayal rakhna.
Samrat: Han.
Gunjan took Nupur with her into the room and then Samrat noticed the terrified kids.
Samrat went to them..
Samrat: Ae.. Tum sab ko kya hua?
Karan: Papa ko kya ho gaya hai chachu?
Neha: Chachu bimaar hain kya?
Samrat: Han beta.. Wo bimaar hain... Aur dekhna wo bohot jald theek ho jayen ge.. Aur tum sab darna na han... Main yahin par hoon tum sab ke saath... Aur dekho aaj raat tum sab apne kamre se bahar na aana... Chahe jo marzi ho jaye... Jab tak subah suraj nahi nikal jaata... Tum sab bahar na aana.
Karan: Papa theek ho jayen ge na... Chachu? Wo wapis waise ho jayen ge na.
Samrat: Han beta..
He hugged the kids and then Benji and Dia took the kids to the room.
The night went on with horrors, dreams which had horror means, no one slept peacefully. A curse had captured the happiness of the family.
Finally the sun rose and it shined bright.
No one had slept the whole night.
All were there on the breakfast table.
Dia: Samrat, Mayank kahan hai?
Samrat: Bhai ab tak so rahen hain... Benji tu office chala jaa... Main bhi aaj nahi aa paoon ga.
Benji: Kyun?
Samrat: Mujhe bhai ke saath rehna hai.
Benji: Theek hai... Main office ke liye nikalne hi wala tha...
Nupur: Samrat... Hammein aj prof. ke paas jana hai.
Samrat: Bhabhi... Main nahi aa paoon ga.
Gunjan: Leikin kyun?
Samrat: Maine bhai ko promise kiya hai ke main unke saath jaoon ga... Doctor ke paas.
