Watching Kesar and Talli together would be a relief? Really? 😕
I may still accept Gulaal forgiving Dushyant. But never understood her behavior with him, so civil and nice. I have always tried not to get into the story melee. No woman however saintly has the capacity to organise a birthday party for her husband's killer. That would make, not just Kesar, but everyone doubt the relationship that she shares with him.
Dushyant is not a saint that she gets so defensive and she slaps Kesar for just being rude to Dushyant. She very well understands that Kesar has some issues with Dushyant. I would have tried to figure out had she done that when Kesar told about being frustrated of being forced to sit, stand or be like Vasant all the while. had it been for Vasant, I may believe that she cstill cares for her dead husband. But not for Dushyant's sake. But whatever it may be, Kesar's parents are still alive. She is nobody to slap him for being rude to Dushyant. That's his problem. She can't be doing that. And that too getting defensive for a murderer. She has no authority over Kesar as Bhabhi, friend, guide, philosopher, WIFE, or whatsoever.NO, THAT WAS TOTALLY UNCALLED FOR.Kesar should have a life. This would remain the way Gulaal would treat him even if it were to progress into the next phase of their relationship at any point of time. Kesar and Gulaal are meant to be together. But such exaggeration of Gulaal's character and such demeaning of Kesar's character who would never have a say in their relationship downplays their bonding and the bond we viewers develop for them as a couple.None of us here can appreciate such a behavior from Gulaal and at least I wont appreciate such a vulnerable Kesar. Neil Bhatt is a fantastic actor. Neil would definitely enact the feelings that he is required to emote and that too convincingly. But a vulnerable and crying Kesar as a character would soon lose its shine. Coming to Gulaal, in no way I could relate to her. Many like me won't either. So again, Kesar and Gulaal as a couple would suffer. Or if that is the plan of CVs in not wanting viewers to root for Kesar and Gulaal, they are on the right path.
