Did you guys notice that every time there is negative talk about PR, Ankita becomes super sweet in her posts on her facebook? 😊 Example- lots of people here in our forum, stated they want to quit watching PR because of the poor storylines, Ankita became sweet and posted many encouraging messages to all her fans...hmmm...If only ankita can collaborate with the writers to come up with better storylines (maybe even demand them to shape up) then she wouldn't have to try super hard to "kiss up"(to act submissively or obsequiously in order to gain favor) to her fans. 😆

Ankita is always very nice to her fans ...what happens in her career has nothing to do with it ...

itz nothing like dat...ankita has alwez been friendly wid her fanz since d time she has joined facebook...she keeps her personal and professional life aloof...plz don't say anything like dis about ankita

Ankita always replies sweetly to her fb fans, and her fb fans are not the only people watching the show that she can change minds of people by her sweet posts in fb.

There are many who watch the show who dont even know wat facebook is.

ur comparision and thinking 👎🏼. ur accusation on her is really wrong

i suppose what i should have said is that i expect more from ankita as a person,actress and a director. She has been blessed with good looks, pure and loving heart for her co actors and fans, most especially POWER to do more as an example to women all over the world and yet it appears that she doesn't care how bad her character is in portraying women in this day and age.

Why does she let her character stay stagnant and let herself suffer when she can do more. Example- she was a career woman before she got married to Manav and yet she let herself become so poor to the point that she and Manav slept on streets and did not get a job instead.

Now that she is pregnant and can easily lose her baby if she doesn't take care of herself, she lets her character Archana go up and down the stairs carrying buckets of water.

Surely Ankita can influence the writers to stop writing, pardon the word "stupid" situations, that show her character to be dumb.

She can do more to the character because

in person she is truly a very strong and very intelligent woman.

I dont think Anki is as calculating as u think she is.
She is very blunt n this bluntness n lack of diplomacy has got her in troubles at times.
Anyway Anki's popularity n fan following will not b affected by PR depressing tracks coz Anki is playing Archu with brio n she is a fab actress n has never let her fans down.

Ankita tried to do it once when they were showing that Archana pushes Savita into fire. They didn't listen.

And anyway in TV industry, actors don't have much of a say in the script. If they interfere in the script too much then they are straightaway asked to leave. Best example in this case is Rajeev Khandelwal who worked with the same production house Balaji Telefilms. He was portraying Sujal Garewal and was told to do a rape scene. That didn't gel with his character. He objected to it strongly and from then on tiffs started between him and Ekta. He tried to point out the fallacies of the script cos the serial was going down the drain but Ekta kept on adding nonsensical tracks and even reduced his role. Ultimately he walked out of the show.

When TV actors sign a show they have to take for granted that they are portraying only the vision of the writer. If they grumble at the script or point out fallacies then they are shooed away. They can at the most give some inputs and feedbacks which are not necessarily considered always. But yes, they certainly DO NOT have the power to influence writers, contrary to what you said.

TV industry is unpredictable and making enemies with top production houses is not wise. Ekta never patched up with Rajeev after that incident. In fact she openly made fun of Rajeev in KWK.

Thus you see Ankita doesn't really have the power you speak of.
