Amma self-immolates, Pratigya blamed

In STAR Plus' Mann Kee Awaaz... Pratigya, Amma has gradually succeeded in convincing everyone in the family that Pratigya wants to harm her.

With the gangajal matka and puja episode too, Amma wanted to make her family believe that Pratigya wanted to see her dead. She added kerosene in Pratigya's gangajal matka and blamed her. But Pratigya proved that her matka didn't have kerosene while the one in Amma's room did, Krishna was baffled. In the maha episode that is scheduled to air this Sunday, Amma will sense that her plan is failing, so in the spur of the moment, she will set herself on fire and put the blame on Pratigya.

A STAR Plus.in source discloses, "Amma will be stunned that Pratigya was able to prove she wasn't guilty by showing Krishna the bottom of both matkas. Pratigya gave evidence that Amma's matka had kerosene and not hers. So, Amma will play the emotional card and tell Krishna that your wife is educated and I am illiterate and she used her cunningness to prove me wrong. If I am wrong then I want to die. She will pour kerosene on her body and burn herself. Everyone will be shocked and they will rush her to the hospital. A livid Sajjan Singh will not let Pratigya enter the hospital and will blame her for the mishap. Pratigya will try to talk to Krishna but he will also avoid her. Cops will turn up at the hospital enquiring about the victim and on Sajjan Singh's testimony will arrest Pratigya for burning her saas. Later, Pratigya's lawyer will inform that her future lies in Amma's hand and her testimony."

Shaken about the happenings in her family, Pratigya aka Pooja Gor says, "I am shocked that Amma could take such a drastic step. I am shocked at her behaviour and this hatred for me. I can't believe this is happening. I proved to Krishna that I wasn't wrong about the matka and I explained to him that I did not think ill of Amma. I know no matter what, ultimately Krishna will realise the truth."

Amma, aka Asmita Sharma, is bewildered at missing out on her golden chance. "I will not accept defeat. I will do what I have to, to get rid of Pratigya- even if I have to burn myself and blame her for it."

A dazed Krishna aka Arhaan Bhel bares his heart, "I don't know what is happening and why it is happening. I don't know who to believe - Amma or Pratigya. I am too perplexed with the events."

What will be Amma's testimony? Will she blame Pratigya or clear her name? What will be Krishna's reaction to Pratigya's arrest?
