When meena drops the letter in BM's room and then BM picks it up the envelop was already opened...but in next scene they showed that BM is opening the letter😆
One thing which i found strange in today's episode is that ishaan is physically fit so what was the need to call the doctor at home that also when alok knows that if one calls the doctor at home, he will charge much more than what he will charge at his clinic/hospital😉
