Geet is really brave. She was affected by hearing his half story yet she was determine to hear to rest.
Glad Sunil came on time n helped. The foot print cover up was a brilliant idea.
Poor lady Naintara.. been killed brutally. Am feeling vry sad to hear bout her.
Is this all Dev's work. At times I think he might be d one. But thinking again .. am kinda confuse. Why would Dev do all dis. Why would he kill a innocent mother.
Must say u r really good in keep us in thinking.
Where is tat small boy sahil now? I hope maan is taking care of him. Tat would be really good.

Geet's apartment
-----------------------

Sighing deeply,he laid his head back on the head rest of the

couch.. It was never easy for him to remember that day without an

ache within his heart!!

Geet was still cuddled in his arms...His sudden silence

made her look up at him. She saw a lone tear escape the corner of

his eye . She caught it with her finger tips before it trickled down

his cheek. His eyes flickered open and met hers.He saw atmost

love and trust there. "Geet...", he started,but was cut off by her

soft lips on his. His eyes widened and he stared at her

dumbfounded! "Okay, I know..I know..no need to look so

surprised Mr.Khurana...didn't expect such boldness from a village

belle,haina?" He smiled and pulled her back into his

embrace...having her that close to him itself soothed his aching

heart..

"Maan..."

"mmm.."

"Sahil kahan hai ab?? woh theek toh haina??"

"Yup..bilkul theek hai !! kindergarten mein hai aur ek number ka

Shaitan hai!! Grand parents ko tang karne ka koi bhi mauka nahin

chodtha !!"

"Achcha? awww...I really want to see him Maan..Please.."

"Okay Jaan..I'll take you there one day..I'm sure he'd love to see

you too.."

"Where are they now?? in India??"

"No, He is in California."

"California?? Kyun??"

"Geet, I did manage to clear Major Rathod's name, but I wanted

Sahil to start a new life...have a bright new future,where nobody

will never ever remind him of his past!! So I sent him

along with his grand parents to US."

"Wow,That's fantastic!! You are taking care of them,aren't you??"

"Yes, commitment kiya tho nibhana padega, haina??"

"Commitment?? Matlab??"

"Matlab, ab woh, Sahil Rathod nahi hai..he is Sahil Singh

Khurana..mera beta!!"

"Hai Rabba!! You adopted him??" She pulled away from his chest

astounded and amazed!!

Maan looked at her excited face and chuckled.

"Yes I did!! Now close your mouth,before some insect decides to

make it its home."

She pouted and punched him softly on the chest...He couldn't

resist pinching her cute cheeks...She looked at him and smiled,her

eyes reflecting the varied emotions her heart was experiencing at

that very moment!! She gently kissed his chest,over his heart!

"I love you Maan..I feel honored and blessed to be in love with

such a wonderful person!!"

"I love you too Geet..."

"Maan...I understand that,remembering the past incidents is

causing you a lot of misery... let's stop here.."

He looked at her lovingly...his Geet can be so unpredictable!! A

while ago,she was pestering the life out of him to tell the

truth...even went to the extent of harming herself...but now seeing

him in pain,she says she doesn't want to know !!

"Geet, I know,you want to know the truth... don't stop me now..

Anyways, I've broken all the rules..so let me continue..don't

you want to hear how I managed to clear Rathod's name???"

Maan's story

"Surprisingly, my parents were quite excited about my plan to

adopt Sahil,in fact my mom adored him and wanted to bring him

home since the moment she set her eyes on him!! But Sri hated

the entire idea..according to him,in our line of work,relationships

were nothing but an additional burden..."

Geet lifted her head from his chest and gave him a questioning

look..

"Actually Geet,he was just being practical...think about it..we are

away from home most of the time...our missions are so very

demanding...traveling is the easier part..what about the

bullets,knives,bombs etc etc.. waiting for us??? One wrong move

and poof...you can say goodbye to your life!!..I'm aware of all the

risks Geet, par kya karoon.. when it comes to you and Sahil...my

brain always take the back seat!!"

He gave her a sheepish look. She smiled and kissed his chin.

Encouraged by her reaction,he continued...

"After the funeral, I dropped Sri back home..He had to pack since

he was leaving on a mission. Actually,I wanted to go back to

Tara's house.I felt bad hiding this from Sri,but I had no choice..

Tara had died for a reason. She was in the right path,maybe much

closer to the truth than she herself might have realized.. Her

waiting for me in that house meant only one thing..she had taken

those documents from her bank locker! But the night we found her

body,Sunil and I had done a thorough search of the place..nothing

was found!! Even her cell phone was missing!! Oh God that

means the documents really contained something dangerous..

something so dangerous that it took her life!! I decided to go back

and check again..what if we missed out on something??...An hour

later,I came out of the house empty handed and slightly

disappointed,but my determination to find the truth remained

undeterred!!"

"Mr.Maan Singh Khurana???"

"Yes?"

"Hello sir. I'm Sasha Ahuja."

"Hello Ma'am..How may I help you??"

"Mr.Khurana,sorry for disturbing you like this but, can you please

meet me at this address?? It's something very urgent!!"

"I'm sorry ma'am... I don't even know you..so, meeting you at

your house is totally out of the question !! If the matter is that

urgent,feel free to come and meet me at the RAW headquarters!"

"No sir, I don't have a choice..can you please.."

I cut her off midway. I had no intention to jump into another trap!

"I'm sorry ma'am...have a good day!"

"Please Mr. Khurana..it's about Tara!!!"

I sat frozen and breathless trying to wrap my mind around what I

just heard..The message recorded on Sasha's answering machine

was not clear enough to comprehend but the voice was surely

giving me the creeps...it was the strained voice of a dying

woman...the voice of Tara...and the message was for me...

"SS..SS..Sasha..tell..Maan...key...(coughs)...Sahil..ss..ss.safe..."

Oye hoye meri suspense thriller writer..

That was amazing...

maan adopting sahil was cute adorable as usual

and Geet-Maan's moments are awww😍

First they used to fight their feelings and attractions but now thanks to Man's past revealation...they actually got closer and our sherni took initiative..

am glad..

The rest of the part was as usual interesting but the last part was again "Dhak-Dhak " kinds..

oh not da dhak dhak of the show.. that's entirely different..😆

so as i was saying..i wonder this mystery of urs is ending any sooner??!!

plz continue..u r getting us hooked!
