A ring is a sign of a husband and wife relationship something neither Jigar and Rashi have nor Ahem or Gopi so in a way it's better that Rashi doesn't wear it because this way she isn't giving hope to Jigar same with Gopi and Ahem as you know how Gopi grasps hope from every little thing
