Sudha takes Murli to Bharti's place, and both of them get shocked to see Dhara tied up from the rope. Dhara narrates entire incident to Murli and Sudha. Prakash calls up Murli and demands money as ransom in lieu of Bharti and Amit. Murli calls Bansi and asks their help to collect money. Veena gives her jewellery, Bansi, Veena, Damru and Kamla ask for remaining money from Mridang and Gaushala.

Mridang agrees to give money. Bhushan also arranges for money and comes to Murli. Murli calls up Prakash and informs him about arrangement of ransom money. Prakash asks raises his demand and asks for ten lakhs instead of five. Murli decides that he will not give in to Prakash's demands, rather he will look for both Bharti and Amit. Murli recalls hearing sound of train while talking to Prakash over the phone and decides to start his hunt from railway station.

Murli and his family frantically look for Bharti and Amit. Sudha and Murli take help of a kid in looking through all the houses. Sudha finds Prakash in one house and on finding him acting suspicious informs Murli about this. Prakash's side kick informs Prakash having seen Murli in the area with a woman and a kid.

Murli sneaks in the house where Bharti and Amit are held captive but Prakash manages to slip away with Bharti and Amit. Prakash gets chased by Murli and his family and at point gets cornered but threatens to shoot and runs away. Prakash hides in a train with Bharti and Amit. Murli again catches hold of Prakash. Prakash threatens to shoot Bharti. Rupesh comes there with money. Prakash tells them that he cannot afford to take a chance and now he will take both money and Bharti with him. Everyone is shocked to hear this.

Murli asks Prakash to leave Bharti and to take the money. Prakash leaves Bharti and takes money but takes Murli as hostage. A scuffle takes place between Murli and Prakash. Murli is able to hand over Prakash to police. As Police takes Prakash away, he snatches inspector's pistol and fires at Murli. Rupesh comes in between and the bullet hits Rupesh instead.

Rupesh is taken to the hospital. Doctor informs everyone that they have removed the bullet but Rupesh is not going to survive. Bharti goes to Rupesh and tells him that he will be fine soon. Rupesh tells Bharti that he is worried for Bharti, who will take care of her after him. Murli makes a promise to Rupesh that he will take care of Bharti.
