I don't think the video is a new one. It is of Shiv's old birthday.

Why sad, birthdays are great!! We get to eat cake!!

Shivshakti's birthday is next month, we should cut a cake and celebrate

I was sad because Mythily couldn't watch the video. And of course birthdays are great; especially Shiv's birthday. We must celebrate on 21 May😉
