Hey, it's just struck me - the mystery of the fainting and the golgappas. Remember in Ramayan, Dashrath gave his 3 queens a fruit, actually a mango, if I remember correctly, to eat and they ended up conceiving?
Well, here we have a modern reversed version of the same theme- first G faints, which is a signal for M to bring on the golgappas (our dear old hatti katti Geet's tastes do not seem to stretch beyond street food- imagine all the other wonderful things she could have craved for!) .
But anyway, Maan knows EXACTLY what she wants and will happily oblige!. She'll eat those specially hand made golgappas and........
What? what more do you want? You've seen him make the golgappas and her eating the golgappas, haven't you? Well, that's it, yes, that is IT.

So watch the making and eating of the golgappas very very carefully if you want to catch the great SR of the century. And wait for the 3 wise men to turn up, which can be whenever- in a year, in 2 years, anytime, keep waiting.
Meanwhile if you're lucky, M and G'll eat some more golgappas.

Well Pixie, you see, M and G are such special creatures from some unknown planet in the galaxy, as is their relationship, that their mating has to be unique, not of this world but of some other universe (literally!).

I think this mating is the result of a special combination of seeing the moon in at different times, sometimes together, at others apart, which has brought them to the special time and place for the making and eating of THE golgappas.
We've all patiently sat through so many episodes of the moon watching, now we and the protagonists have all arrived at the auspicious golgappa moment. So they get to make and eat the golgappas, we get to watch them do that.
So in answer to your query, I will have to say that both the moon and the golgappas, along with endless patience on our part with all the unrealistic situations the Cvs are putting us through, are needed for this special mating.
