going by their expressions and reactions(ie if sameer soni got his expressions right for a change) i dont think Meenakshi is P's ex-gf. she may be an old friend. she looked happy to see him so i doubt they parted on a bad note. while devta looked uncomfortable. prolly becuz of jassi's presence and meenakshi's effusive behavior. he did not want to bid cuz he thought that he will win the contract as he is meenakshi's friend. that wud be unfair advantage over jassi devi and her armaan sir.
somehow i dont believe devta was capable of any sort of passion in his lifetime.

I think Meenakshi use to like Purab. And it was one-way traffic and didn't succeed before. Now Meenakshi will try again to win Purab and in the due course Jassi will get all-jealous.

Meenakhi will also try and shove off Jassi away from Purab but will not succeed. So before she goes away from Purab this time she is going to make sure Jassi is fashioned to match Purab's status (that's when at the beginning of Dec we will see Jassi getting a make over). As Meenakhi will realize that Purab truly loves Jassi.

So for Meenakshi it will be like you know that change over from bad to realization and then doing something worth while. Typical stuff.

Have I given you guys enough to think or what 😛...???
