so true...it took him to realize what has happened and then he started crying. Well, we can see that dad is a dad no matter what. He was mean and abusive, but he hadn't really want anything bad for his kids. He wanted get Arpita forcibly married into a rich and well reputed house, which I think every parent wants.....he was missing that emotional connection with her, b/c he really took her for granted, like he takes his wife.......but he had to cry..o/w his character would be worse then Bhauji's.....

yaa the news that he heard frm Simple was sure like a shock for any parents😭, & being her father, i guess for a sec, he realised that his daughter is no more😭...Hope he stays like that only...but guess its ust for some time, as thats against his nature😈😈

I think Papa Rai's emotion was genuine
