Mayank felt the need to speak up now and so he did, "Nupur'.tum theek toh ho naa..kya hua'iss tarah phone karke kyun bulaya'..aur yeh kaisi sunsaan jagah par tumhara kaam tha?..."
Na Mayank spoke with so much concern that it was hard to digest for Nupur, so she burst out laughing, actually tried tried to'she was already relieved now at his presence and also wanted to hide her fear part'she replied smiling, "Arrey itni concern mere liye?...tumhe suit nahi karti Mayank'.meri gaadi kharab ho gayi thi..koi aur public transport nahi tha'mujhe laga ki darti hui awaz sunkar tum mujhe ignore nahi karoge, toh isliye maine tumhe aise bulaya'.Mayank Sharma ko ullu banana itna bhi mushkil nahi tha'" she patted herself and said, "Waah Nupur and walked ahead saying,"ab chalo, tumhari car toh theek hai naa'"
Mayank shaked his head in dis-believe and anger at her strategy and followed her saying, "haan'meri car aur dimaag bilkul theek hai, unlike you'"
Nupur didn't feel like answering more...
As he started up the car and road passed by in speed'Nupur looked outside with a bit of fear in her eyes and her hands on her throat'again and again stealing glances at Mayank and trying to smile at him to show everything was normal....
Mayank just had to ask her, "Mujhe tab ullu bana rahi thi..yaa ab banana ki koshish kar rahi ho'hua kya hai?" with a perplexed look to her..
Nupur replied smiling, "hona kya hai'kuch bhi toh nahi'ab kya ullu banne ke sahi waqt ka bhi hisaab chahiye kya tumhe'dekho gaadi theek se chalao warna accident ho jaayega'.road meri taraf nahi..saamne ki taraf hai'aage dekho.."she said sternly, putting her hair strand aside'
Mayank knew something was fishy in her mind, but then he realized that her whole brain process was fishy to him'he looked ahead and drove silently'.
Nupur, not admitting to her fears, had actually recited whole of the ghosts' story to Mayank slowly and Mayank was smart enough to smell the coffee now, for that was the actual reason for Nupur's sudden cal, fear and hug..uhh'he wanted to forget the last on of the three'.it was gladly showing him a danger sign and he wanted to drive his life as safely as he drove the car'.

Mayank and Nupur reached home soon and Nupur was all back to normal and her usual fearless superwomen disguise'
Mayank smiled at her audacity to attempt such acts of fearlessness after having told him the whole story now'

Till the dinner time, she seemed to have long forgotten her fearful encounter today completely and Mayank too didn't feel like clarifying the story that she had recalled in her own new version to Sameer and Shilpa Sharma...

It was the time when Nupur came to sleep when she saw Mayank was already aslee..'.
The ghostly stories had come back to her in the dead of the night suddenly...
She turned on the side table lamp on her side for she still felt a tinge of fear spotting her clear fearless heart'.
She saw Mayank had started making movements as and when the lights tuned on'. She had to, dis-approvingly, switch off the side table lamp of her side soon'
But now when she lay there on bed'she wasn't able to sleep'.she looked at Mayank'.he wa fast asleep now in a sound sleep..she wanted that one like him too..
She slowly reached out her one hand upto his hand and held his half open hand lightly in order that she felt not so alone and to share his comfort with her'she saw him holding her hand back'.it felt nice, very nice to her and she felt contented'.then she soon fell asleep in relief...
She didn't feel all alone now'his presence gave her a secured safety and his hand's hold meant a sort of assurance to her...

Mayank got up at the night and to his sheer amazement was shocked to see them sleeping holding hands together...
He soon recalled and realized Nupur's plight of terror and smiled at her now relieved and calm sleeping face'he soon felt the need to sleep himself without feeling the need to pull back his hand out of her grasp...
Nupur was a mystery to him from ever but was soon becoming an interesting mystery now' he smile to himself and once again surrendered to sleep...

Nupur stretched their hands in sleep which was still clasped together thereby pushing the teddy bear kept on the bed in between their pillows...the teddy tumbled down over their hands, when its smiling face kissed the 2 hands joined together in fate'.it soon started raining outside in an odd timing for rains to show up...
