I was really impressed with Karu's reaction when Sandy was declared the winner...he was all smiles ...no emotional scenes...he was singing along with gusto when Sandy sang the II song ...his parents were so proud of him...way to go Karu!!!

Yeah he handled it superbly. In an article that had the interview with him after the show, he said that he was expecting to loose. He said he was mentally prepared for it. I am glad he was mentally prepared for it, even though i wanted him to become Idol.

Nah amritha we can never hope for people like them to change....but true giggles Karu is probably the sweetest person I know...and not even sugar coated Sandeep can come close to that! I don't know another person who would be so mature to not even show the least bit of disappointment on having lost a title...but then again if it's a mediocre title that has lost all meaning then why should he be sad! Anyways I have to admit I practically bawled knowing that he didn't win but then I realised that it's II that doesn't deserve Karu....coz Karu isn't one to give up his ambition just coz people didn't vote for him. He makes his own path to success and he's already embarked on that path! All we have to do is wait and watch him make it big all on his own!

gosh i really admire karunya. he took the results so well and was smiling the whole time. he seemed genuinely happy for sandeep. tho iam sure he must be hurting inside, he didnt show it. i truly admire him for that and iam sure he will have a great future in the industry 😊
