Nandini had found Prem disturbed and asked the reason in the previous episode. In the March 24 episode of Dil Se Diya Vachan aired on Zee TV, Prem lies to Nandini that he was only thinking about the preparations for Prapti's wedding and nothing else.
Meantime, Sumati informs Pallavi and Jayshree that she received a call from Yashwant Sinha, who wants her to assist him in a case. Pallavi is elated on hearing the news.
Nandini calls Pallavi to invite her for Prapti's wedding.
Prem gets a call from the stranger, who claims to know secret about Nandini's past and therefore asks Prem to meet him the next day.
Before the wedding, Prapti takes Gautam's blessings.
When Prem meets the stranger, he reveals that Nandini's child is alive. The stranger further adds that he worked in the hospital where Nandini gave birth to the baby and that he was the one who exchanged her baby in the hospital.
Prem is taken aback hearing the shocking revelation. The stranger also discloses that he was paid for exchanging Nandini's baby.
Prem is further shocked when he learns from the stranger that Nandini's child is in an orphanage. Prem has a hard time believing the stranger and therefore decides to find out the truth himself.
