In the March 10 episode of Dil Se Diya Vachan aired on Zee TV, Sumati, Govind and Pallavi are worried when all attempts to contact Nandini or Kalyani failed.

Meantime, Nandini rushes Kalyani to the hospital. She informs Govind about Kalyani's condition and asks him to come to the hospital immediately.

Doctor informs Nandini that they will have to operate Kalyani as soon as possible. Nandini agrees and tells the doctor to go ahead with the operation.

Disguised as a doctor, Krishna keeps a wary eye on Kalyani.

Nandini prays for Kalyani's well being. When Gautam and Pratham arrive at the hospital, Nandini reveals the entire episode to them.

Govind, Pallavi and Sumati also arrive at the hospital and are relieved to see Nandini.

Sumati decides to bring Prem to the hospital when she learns that Kalyani wants to meet him. She decides to obtain the court's permission to help Prem meet Kalyani.

Krishna witnesses the whole affair and panics when Sumati also asserts that she would file a search warrant against Krishna.

In the March 14 episode of Dil Se Diya Vachan aired on Zee TV, Prem gets emotional as he reminisces about the love and care showered on him by Kalyani.

Krishna decides to seek help from Jayshree to save himself from getting arrested. He realizes that he will have to camouflage his identity so that nobody can recognize him when he meets Jayshree.

Sonakshi arrives at Gautam's place and apologizes to Nandini for not believing her. She confesses that if only she had trusted Nandini, then Kalyani would have been alive.

Inspector tells his aides that Krishna has been charged for murder and therefore it is important for them to find him.

Prapti is unable to hold back her emotions and breaks down when Prem, Pratham and Gautam take away Kalyani's body for the cremation. Suhasini has a hard time consoling Prapti.

Krishna calls Jayshree and tells her that he is in trouble and needs her help. He then asks Jayshree to meet him without letting anyone know about it.

Meantime, Prem is determined to take revenge on Krishna for Kalyani's death. Nandini also decides to make Krishna pay for his actions at any cost.

March 15 episode of Dil Se Diya Vachan aired on Zee TV, Jayshree is agitated and starts yelling when Nandini, Pallavi, Govind and Sumati return home after attending Kalyani's funeral.

Jayshree asserts there is no need to sympathize with Gautam's family as they have no ties with them anymore.

Meantime, when Rajeev calls him, Yashwant Sinha asks him not to withdraw the case against Prem and assures him that he would win the case at any cost.

Nandini questions Jayshree supporting Krishna even after learning the truth about him. She asserts that not only Krishna ruined her life but he also killed Kalyani.

Govind states that he is ashamed his brother was responsible for all the problems. He makes it clear to Jayshree that he would make Krishna pay for his actions.

Next morning, Govind, Nandini and Sumati go to the court. When Yashwant Sinha asks about Krishna, inspector tells him that they have no information about him.

Outside the court, Krishna meets Jayshree. However, nobody recognizes Krishna because of his disguise.

In court, Yashwant Sinha points out to the judge that Prem is guilty as he killed Krishna. He further adds that his claim is true as there is no evidence to prove him innocent.

Suddenly, Govind intervenes and declares that he is the one who killed Krishna. Everybody is taken aback on hearing Govind's claim.

In the previous episode, Govind had declared in court that he had killed Krishna. Judge summons Govind to the witness box in the March 16 episode of Dil Se Diya Vachan aired on Zee TV. Govind states that he did not reveal the truth earlier as he feared losing his respect.

Govind confesses further that he had molested Nandini and ruined her life. Pallavi is shattered on hearing Govind's claim.

Sumati points out to the judge that Govind is lying. However, Govind sticks to his resolve and takes the blame on himself.

Judge allows time to the prosecution and defence advocates to prepare in view of the case taking a turn following Govind's confession. The judge also remands Govind and Prem to police custody.

Pallavi questions Govind the need for taking the blame on himself. Govind asserts that he knew she would understand the reason behind his decision.

Pallavi expresses her hurt to Sumati after Govind takes the blame on himself. Pallavi tells Sumati that he should have thought about himself too before helping others. Sumati assures Pallavi that she would not let anything happen to Govind.

Sumati questions Jayshree for not revealing the truth about Krishna and supporting him instead of helping Govind. Sumati points out to Jayshree that she would lose Govind forever if she does not reveal the truth. Jayshree remains silent when Sumati asks her to reveal Krishna's location.

Meantime, Prem asks Nandini to convince Govind to withdraw his statement. When Nandini does not respond, Prem tells her to answer his question. However, Nandini maintains silence for Govind's sake.

In the March 17 episode of Dil Se Diya Vachan aired on Zee TV, when Prem asks Nandini why she did not stop Govind from taking the blame on himself, Nandini states that Govind took the blame in order to save him. Govind points out to Prem that he was left with no other option.

Meantime, Yashwant Sinha's assistant tells him that Govind cannot be the culprit.

Krishna suffers from guilt as Govind was suffering because of him. Agitated Jayshree arrives at the same time and starts hitting Krishna with a wooden staff.

Gautam and Suhasini panic when Prapti faints.

Jayshree curtly tells Krishna that she overlooked his mistakes because she loved him. She regrets the fact that she supported Krishna and asserts that even she should be punished as she is equally responsible for all the problems.

Unable to handle the situation, Jayshree breaks down. When Krishna apologizes, Jayshree tells him that if wants forgiveness then he should reveal the truth in the court.

Krishna states that he will not go to the court and accept his mistake. Jayshree is stunned hearing the statement. She makes it clear to Krishna that if anything happened to Govind then she too would end her life.

Gautam is shocked when the doctor informs him that he should take good care of Prapti as she is pregnant.

In the March 18 episode of Dil Se Diya Vachan aired on Zee TV, Nandini consoles Pallavi and assures her that they will overcome their difficulties in the end. Jayshree arrives and asserts that their problems will be solved soon.

Next morning, seeing Gautam worried, Suhasini asks him the reason. Gautam tells her that he is concerned about Prapti. Suhasini suggests getting Prapti married to Mayank.

Pallavi gets emotional on seeing Govind, when he arrives with Prem at the court.

Meantime, Krishna recollects Jayshree's words that he should confess his crime in the court otherwise his brother would suffer because of him.

Jayshree believes that Krishna would surely come to the court and accept his mistake and therefore waits for him outside the court.

In court, Sumati points out to the judge that Govind took the blame on himself only to save Prem. Yashwant Sinha asserts that Krishna is dead and therefore the case should not be dragged further.

Everybody is shocked when Krishna arrives with Jayshree. Krishna then declares in the court that he is the real culprit.

Nandini and Pallavi are relieved as Krishna accepts his crime. On the other hand, Yashwant Sinha is shocked on witnessing the whole affair.

Judge summons Krishna to the witness box in the March 21 episode of Dil Se Diya Vachan aired on Zee TV. Krishna confesses he had raped Nandini and faked his death to save himself from getting arrested and also to frame Prem for his murder.

He further asserts that he is responsible for Kalyani's death as well. Unable to handle the situation, Krishna breaks down and pleads to the judge to punish him severely for his actions.

The judge declares Krishna guilty and sentences him to 21 years in jail. Judge also acquits Prem and Govind.

Krishna apologizes to Govind, Nandini and Prem. Govind tells Krishna that he is sure he would be a changed person on his release. He also asserts that he would wait for his brother to return home.

Krishna asks Prem to forgive him for trying to separate him from Nandini.

Sonakshi is shattered when police takes away Krishna.

Nandini is relieved as she succeeded in proving Krishna guilty.

In the March 22 episode of Dil Se Diya Vachan aired on Zee TV, Yashwant Sinha congratulates Sumati on her winning the case.

When Gautam apologizes, Nandini tells him that he should instead bless her and Prem. Gautam then asks Nandini and Prem to return home along with the family.

Everybody is surprised when Jayshree stops Nandini from going to Prem's place. Jayshree states that she would follow the bidai ceremony and then send Nandini to her in-laws place.

Govind is elated on hearing Jayshree's request. Jayshree then invites Gautam and his family to her place for the bidai ceremony.

When Prem returns home, he asks about Suhasini. Urmila tells him that she has gone on a religious trip.

Meantime, Jayshree welcomes Nandini at her home and the whole family is happy to spend time together.

Govind asserts that after the bidai ceremony gets over he would start looking for a new job. Jayshree assures Govind that he will succeed in finding a good job.

Later, when Nandini talks to Prem, Sumati arrives and snatches away the phone from her. She then tells Prem that he can talk to Nandini only the next day.

Sumati points out to Nandini that she should look forward to a new beginning of her life and states that she would pray for her happiness.
