Salman Khan may have very well invented the term bad boy when it comes to his women but he sure has a heart of gold as has been proven many times over. The star is known to make many anonymous and generous donations to those in need. And the latest is that he has taken an 8-year- old slum dweller under his wing. This boy was rendered homeless in the Garib Nagar fire that recently broke out in the Bandra slums. Now Atif is under the superstar's care and will have all his expenses borne by the actor.

LOL, just because other stars and cricketers dont wear Tshirt related with charity organization and not doing it in front of camera doesnt mean they dont donate.

There are some cricketers in Indian team, well as from other countries and also many bollywood people help poor people in India big way with out publicity. LOL

Exactly!! And Salman was one person who made fun of Vivek Oberoi for helping people affected by tsunami years back. So now if he has finally matured and started doing some good, thats great. If with all the noise and publicity he has created for Being Human, he can get more money and channel it for helping those in need, even better. But please, dont think that means he is THE ONLY ONE doing something for people in need. He just makes more noise and even earlier when he helped anyone it was 'leaked' to the press by anonymous friends..
