Who is Shibu?

I think Shibu is some guy who is working for someone...He is going to turn out to be some rich guy..

I am not sure but in one of the episodes when the street vendors were teasing Manav about Vaishali and after Manav walked away, Ajit tells Shibu the entire story. Shibu then questions Ajit as how can somebody do this to Vaishali Tai ? Maharashtrians call an elder sister Tai and if that is the case how can the CVs show Shibu and Vaishali as a possible couple in the future.
