Okay, I made the move from Tinypic to PhotoBucket, as the company apparently wants me to do. I know that they have a limit of 500MB for images, and so far, I've consumed 167MB.

However, they also have a 10GB bandwidth limit, and are urging one to upgrade to Pro, so that my avatar has this image

instead of this

Are anyone else among you experiencing this? More importantly, can you see the difference b/w the 2 images, which I can't? This is really annoying - I don't begrudge them charging for disk space beyond a certain limit, but charging for bandwidth, which is just us accessing their site, is the last straw: no other website charges me for a visit.

Ok, I'm aware of ImageShack, but which other pic hosting sites do you recommend, which hopefully don't have the above limit? Note that long or short image paths ain't an issue for me. If there is a quick bulk upload option, I don't mind re-hosting my images, preferably for the last time!

^^Imageshack.us has a bulk uploading facility , you need to download their software ,create an account on the site and login through that software and upload as many photos as you want !

also you can try other sites like min.us and imgur.com :)

Please up load your pictures to this website:

http://photobucket.com/about/

1. Register
2. Create albums for different jobs
3. Upload pictures from your browser into the appropriate album.
5. Resize the picture to 100x75; or 160 x 120 etc. Preferably smaller sizes upload fast on slow connections.
6. Place the mouse on the uploaded picture, and from the drop down list, chose Direct Link, and click on the top title. It winks. This means it has captured your link on the clip board. You can paste in on your Notepad program, and see that the link is generated. Then, in the IF forum Editor, click on the insert image, and paste the link in the box provided. (Over write the http:// which appears there). Then click O.K. If the O.K. is not activated, then click on the side, it gets activated, and then click on it, and the image will be posted on your editor. Save it.
