Point well taken. But life has taught me that 'CRITICS NEVER SHUT UP THEY JUST SHIFT FOCUS'. All you can expect is a 'DILUTED INTENSITY'.
Let us assume for a sec. that Kishore Da and Manna Dey have equal weight. Let us assign them a numerical number 100
So you are expectations of the top two contenders are
Karunya -> 85% of 100 = 85;
Sandeep -> 10% of 100 = 10This is exactly where Karunya's issue lies. Based on the performances shown by sony tv so far, I fee Karunya is RUNNING HARD TO STAY IN THE SAME PLACE. There is NO COMMON EVALUATION CRITERIA. But I guess that is why it is called a reality show. Because in real world no two people are judged on the same criteria NOT EVEN SIBLINGS.
I would like to add that you got it wrong when you say that I feel 'ina mina dika' is an easy one. I never said that and would not even imply that.
I appreciate your reply, for it has been intellectual experience for me.
I completely agree with you....the 2 contestants really don't have a common evaluation criteria....because at every point in the competition the judges have always had higher expectations of Karu than anyone else and he has very rightly so fulfilled them. So have a lot of the other contestants....it's just that judges' expectations of them have always been lower! But like you said it...that's life.....a more talented child is always challenged more (like with special schools) so I guess like I've always said it Karu is already a winner coz he's met the expectations of his fans, the judges, his parents, his gurus and most importantly of himself! Again not to say that meeting expectations only makes them a winner but the battle is half won that way...or so is my opinion at least.
Noted that we both agree that eena meena dika is a tough song 😊
Thanks for the healthy discussion......it definitely is nice to hear other people's opinions!
