Like any Indian, I too am a cricket fan. If you wake me up at 4 in the morning to watch cricket, I'll happily oblige. I am that big a fan! After the World Cup, we have IPL. Maybe that can lead to a cricket overdose, but I do not mind.

Patiala House
Patiala House is a touching story . It's about a father-son relationship, which actually touched me. It is about an Indian family staying in London, how their son wants to make a career in cricket for another country, and how the dad opposes him because he is an Indian at heart. I liked the script.

The Hindi film industry
I think the Hindi film industry has come a long way. It has seen many phases, and I am happy to be a part of a period where senior actors like us are given the same space value, because once upon a time, it was all about youth and romantic films. Today, you get to watch so many kinds of films.

Films watched recently
Recently, I watched No One Killed Jessica and loved it. The film was well made, and two of my favorite actresses were there in the film: Rani Mukerji and Vidya Balan. I also watched Dabangg and loved it.

Promising newcomers
Ranveer Singh, the new guy in Band Baaja Baraat, seems to have lot of potential. I really liked the performances of both Ranveer Singh and Anushka Sharma in the film.
