Purva thinks about what has happenned she calls Manik and asks where Shalmar and Aakashi are Manik says they have gone shopping.
Shalmar and Aakashi come home. Shalmar gives Gomti a grinder for masala (spices). Shalmar says he has to go.
Shalmar goes out. Purva follows him. Purva grabs his bag from him and finds the diamonds. Purva says that his boss is trying to get him into jail. Purva says she will help him since he is not guilty. Shalmar says that he doesen't want to go back to his old life living poorly. Purva is shocked "you knew about this illegal work".
Purva walks off. Shalmar is frightened that Purva might tell Aakashi . Shalmar goes home . Aakashi is angry that the vegetable man sells the vegeatables for 5 rupees more. Aakashi wants to go to Purva's house Shalmar stops her.
Purva decides to tell Aakashi she runs downstairs. Aakashi is standing there. She asks for a blouse. Purva trys to talk to Aakashi about Shalmar but Aakashi says that she knows that people are talking badly about him. Aakashi goes upstairs to get the blouse. Purva takes the diamond earring out the drawer and takes the diamond out with a pencil. Aakashi comes down. Purva tells Aakashi that she found her earring but the diamond has come out. Purva says thay they can go to the familly jeweller and get it fixed tomorrow morning. Shalmar is watching this outside the door.
Purva and Aakashi go to the jeweller. The Jeweller fixes the earring. Purva says be careful. The Jeweller says why these only cost 2000-3000 rupees they are very cheap. Purva is shocked. Shalmar goes in and thanks the Jeweller and gives him money for lying. Purva is annoyed.
Purva thinks back to childhood when Aakashi fell and Purva blew on sctratch. Purva decides to go and tell Aakashi.
Aakashi is lighting candles. Aakashi is surprised by Purva's serious face. Purva tells Aakashi about Shalmar. Purva tells Aakashi to talk to Shamaldas and stop him from walking in the wrong direction. Shamaldas enters the house just then. Aakashi questions him if he is involved in smuggling.
