Most probably,Saahil knows Harsh is not the father of Mohini's child. "Isiliye Mohini usko MASKA maar rahi hai taaki woh apna mooh bandh rakhe aur uski help kare". And Ganga is considering their meetings as a part of their affair.

wel i also think saahil is not responsible for mohini s pregnancy but now ganga is more or less convinced that it is saahil's kid she has already started makin his life miserable in office ab ghar ki bari
and ya the secretary does seem to have some soft spot for him
probably ganga wil wonder ek kam thi ki doosri aa gayi 😉
