I am shivering now even by thinking that what IF Sushant ans Ankita are in bottom 2 and they would have to perform and one has to go???!! oh dear, I dont know fans ka kiya hoga.

I myself don't know what to believe and what not. I am just going by instinct when I say that I felt something "off" in the show ever since Ankita was eliminated. The way they (Sushita) made no attempt to hide their disappointment, the way Ankita was brought back (even though her performance was not great enough to merit the "creation" of a second WC), and this article do seem to tie up. Since then the judges, at least, seem to be a little listless and bored. Madhuri esp seems like she is just going through the motions. It is like something is affecting the JDJ sets...maybe it is just the pressure of competition? Or something else...who knows?

My only argument is, just because someone has behaved a certain way in the past, is no reason to suppose he will never change. It is likely that the acclaim he received on JDJ coupled with the hype over his chances of winning the show might have turned Sushant's head. Add to that his attachment to Ankita, and this may well make sense.

I am just giving a POSSIBILITY, not claiming that this actually happened. But the alternative--that the media is "jealous" of Sushant and is making up all these stories to defame him--is equally ridiculous. Media kisi ki sagi nahi hoti, they go wherever there is a juicy story. it is not a question of media ethics. It is a question of their being least bothered by personal likes and dislikes. The same media also reported on Sushant getting emotional after his last performance, and that article was written in a sympathetic manner. So why should we assume they have anything against him?

hmm .. this article "too hot to handle " .. came in telly buzz , not BT ......

And yes , I have no hesitation to call this article crap bcuz IMO :

1) TV actors have no influence or control over the channel , let alone production houses like BBC .. actually it is the other way round .. just to give you two examples ..
There was this incident where an actress of a prime time daily soap ( it has been no.1 show on that channel for many months..) was not allowed by the channel to participate in a reality show of sony ..
Another incident - all the zee actors ( including sushant and ankita ) were barred from attending an award show on another channel ( and btw , there was a good chance that these two might have bagged an award..) bcuz zee had performance rehearsals for their own award show which was to be held a couple of days later ..
sushant and ankita couldnt even influence Zee , in which their serial is aired ..i doubt they can influence sony..
( uh .. hope i havent bored you 😆 )

2) I seriously doubt sushant would be in any position to threaten the channel that he is going to leave the competition mid-way .. bcuz all the contestants are bound by contract , they cant leave the show .. if sushant gave any threats , sony can drag him to court ...

so sony neednt have worried that sushant who is a TRP puller is threatening to quit ..
they would have easily reigned him in , instead of meekly agreeing to his demand of bringing back ankita

As for the rest of the points , i see our opinions are completely different ... so lets just agree to disagree..

btw .. reg . the article "sushant in police station " , I havent rubbished the article ... bcuz i dont believe sushant is an epitome of perfection or anything ..
But i wouldnt like to be judgemental about it or him till we get his side of the story ...

oh , you brought up the defamation suit pt .. isliye maine bhi ek do cheezey likh di .. lol... but ya .. maybe i deviated a bit ..

And ya .. it is his choice to take up so many assignments (which tires him out) ... no one is forcing him ..
actually i kinda get carried away sometimes .. when it comes to this ..
i mean i keep getting worried that he is going to injure himself or his health is going to suffer ..
and this sort of creeps into my posts and replies sometimes ..

But just wanna add that the negative press always comes just before the end of any reality show. Its kind of a ritual with reality shows. Sushant is being marketed as the glorified probable winner of the show.....so negative reports on him are part of the tradition than a case of media houses being against him. As readers we ourselves like gossips and spicy news. Sushant tears article (and it was not published only on online portals) just went for two pages while his negative reports for three topics and upto 20 pages each. Even Yana wasmore reported for her pantyless moment than for her brilliant performances..... that's how the Entertainment news works. Does it make Yana characterless, no? instead i found her to be immensely graceful. Mistakes made by celebrities are looked by magnifying glasses by the media....thats how it has always worked. Bogging them down interests us all.

About the BT reported incident specifically......would not say it is impossible. Could be. But would just direct you to what return to hades said. Hope its a lesson learnt.

It amazes me how Sushant getting Ankita back has caught more attention. I don't think sushant has that kind of clout....if he has then Krushna would have had better chances as he has more contacts in the case considering he's been associated with Sony for so long. If ankita was brought out of queue its maybe because of TRPs. And Madz and malliaka didn't seem bored at any point.....nobody noticed.....a sudden observation after reported article seems out of place

We all come with opinions based on our leanings. I continue to believe in Sushant coz i have observed him over the years and do not believe that a man can change overnight. Similarly, a person who likes say XYZ would be like see my favourite is better than him. Its human tendencies to look down upon competitors or favourites' competitors. opinions are never individualistic, they always come with strong influence of many factors. The standard staement agree to disagree will always remain.

Last word.....Reality shows have always been ugly someway or the other....it makes baingan ka bharta of everyone's brain-contestants, audience, judges. Its best to just enjoy the performances.

And I feel there can be very few who will deny Sushant gives outstanding performances....and is indeed talented and hardworking. His arrogance and attitude atleast has not overtaken that.

Actually main toh saare hi articles ko refer kar rahi thi, I thought all of them came from Bombay Times. Frankly, I seriously doubt the authenticity of TB articles, more so because they have pathetic grammar and an overdose of all the hackneyed phrases in the world.

But I think there is something similar in a TOI article, and I believe in the integrity of TOI too!

Yeah, I guess that's the only possible conclusion. And for now, let's just let sleeping dogs lie, aage koi aur article aaya toh dekhenge!
