because he is busy being father to icha ..... he doesn't have timefor tapu because he has icha and damini to entertain ....

dont say he is busy caring iccha n all.... infact i dint see any episode for past few weeks he is calling iccha also and check how she is .he belives that iccha is good and responsible to take care of herself and veer

May be he is still not trusting his daughter tapu completely...... Because her mistakes were that big .....

And blaming jogi is not at all correct.. She is the reason for what she is today and no one else......
