Who is Dr. SURBHI to Siddy?

lol ya no mention was made ever abt siddy's sister but i do remember a long tym ago wen siddy was forced 2 live in da outhouse and laali was made 2live in haveli with shekar 2 give waaris,siidy cudnt take living in da outbuilding any longer and with gangiya's help she phned her dad and told her dad she is not well and they makin her live in da outbuilding,i REMEMBER very clearly dat siddy's dad arrived with lots of gifts,and he clearly told loha dat loha cant do these things with his daughter because loha knew very wel siddy cud not give waaris bt dat loha had agreed on the marriage because they had agreed that siddy's BROTHER WOULD MARRY LOHA'S DAUGHTER and siddys dad told loha 2 remember dat if anythng happens2break siddy's marriage then the allliance between lohas daughter and siddy's brother wil be broken.Does any1 else rem this scene?so siddy had a brother and he was mentioned bt the cvs conviently left that out yet again,ps dis was way b4 ratna (loha's daugter)was shown,is there any1 else dat remembers dis?????????????????

Lol thanks Neela for all the options....but u're right at the moment all we can do is speculate....maybe Siddy's brother changed his sex after they called off his wedding with Ratna ....and now Surbhi is Siddy's 'sister'

I read an article months ago when surbhi was to enter agle janam in which it was mentioned ssurbhi is siddy sister.
