See, the " jutie", a singular, means leather slipper and plural would be " jutiah"

when the leather slipper is dry it does not hit hard.

when you wet the leather slipper, it gets heavy and hits really hard.

Bheen bheen (wet it again and again) and hit the "jutiah"(slippers)

i think d's lying about being married to madhuri bc he's just trying to come up w/ somthing to save his big butt. And if he actually is married to madhuri, isn't HE the one who's done somthing illegal bc he married a 2nd wife? So wouldnt it be his crime? It's an empty threat to archu. I hope she's not dumb enough to fall for it.
