Id rather think that they should train and then make an appearance rather than come in with titles and prance around.. same goes for star kids

No. I don't think 'Beauty Contest Winners' should stop trying to enter Bollywood or remain in Bollywood. Whether they can/cannot act is subjective to an individual's opinion but them wanting to be part of the industry is entirely their own choice and should not be based on what others perceive of them.

Not everyone is going to harbour low self-esteems and not go for something just cause they ain't good at it. They need the money, they desire fame, they want to act, want to achieve more goals, so they go for it, it's what people do in other professions too. The real problem is really not them, its the ones who cast them and just how great they are at winning the audiences and building great connections/sticking to the same connections..

Acting school would be a nice option but are the producers going to pay for it? And why just beauty contest winners/actresses, why not actors?

Okay.I admit I do have some biasness in favor of Aishwarya but even if I didn't, I'd still feel the same way.
