It's official! Neelam Kothari and Sameer Soni will be get hitched in the last week of January.
A source says, "The actress and her beau have been seeing each other for more than three years now.
Following his exit from Bigg Boss 4, the couple decided to get married by the month-end. However, there was no official proposal from Sameer.
The two know that they want to spend the rest of their lives together and that marriage was always on the cards.
It's just that the couple didn't want to waste time and decided to strengthen their bond by legalising it.
Rumours about their marriage began last week and people have been calling the couple up and asking about the date but they are being tight-lipped, insisting it will be a small, intimate affair."
A source close to Neelam says, "Sameer and she are trying to finalise the marriage date for the last week of January. Failing that, the first week of February is a definite possibility.
Her brother who stays in the US with his family, Sameer's parents who stay in Shimla and Delhi and his brothers and their families who stay in Delhi and USA, will all be coming down for the wedding so Neelam and Sameer are working on the wedding dates depending on their availability."
Though close friends like Karan Johar, Tusshar and Ekta Kapoor are expected to be present, Neelam's friend insists that it won't be a 'typical big, fat, glittering B-Town wedding.'
"Only their families and a handful of close friends from B-Town will be sent invites.
Right now, they're deciding the wedding date (tentatively, it's Jan 22). Following that, they will decide on dates for the other events like the mehendi, sangeet and reception," reveals the friend.
