i think a lot of actors can do all of them but i wud pick saif ali khan

i think srk n aamir are better actors but saif can is more convincing in all these categories. i dont think srk or aamir can pull off action all that well.

actresses i think kareena would be able to do all. priyank isnt sharp with comdey n kajol n rani are my favs but action isnt for them

From the actresses, Sridevi has pretty much acted in every genre and did most of them well (despite her slightly screechy voice). No one can do physical comedy like she could. Oh, and her performance as the anti-heroine was amazing; even Manisha Koirala wasn't able to pull off the shrewish moments in Yugpurush. To MK's defence, the role was written with Sridevi in mind. The best thing about Sridevi was that she shone despite the crappiness of her films - that's something I don't think most actors/resses today can boast of.

Juhi would have been my next choice if she had been able to continue her nuanced dramatic act in Paheli but sadly, she didn't get a lot of roles with potential after that. I don't think Kareena or PC can pull off comedy movies. Kareena overacts, PC underacts. Juhi probably was the last of Bollywood actresses who could do comedy.

For the actors, I want to say Kay Kay but I've yet to see him take on comedy ignoring the disasterous Maan Gaye Mughall-E-Azam but I did think he was good in Honeymoon Travels. I reiterate that this guy is grossly under-utilized.

IMO... The three top Khans, Aamir, Salman, SRK... and Saif too can do it all and have done it all in the span of their long career in Bollywood... They have worked in different genres and have exceled too...

Right now some of them may suck in some genres like Aamir in romance ... but before in his earlier movies I felt he exceled in that genre too.

Coming to the actresses... I cannot think of anyone who can do it all and excel in it... I f they are good in some genes they lack in some...

I think it has also got to do with the shorter career spans of the heroines.... The men have a longer career in bollywood and can risk experimenting... Unlike the actrsses..

I think PC and Kareena have the potential and if they had a long career span like the Khans then I am

sure they would too brush up in the skills they lack and could excel in all genres...

Coming to the newbies... definitely Ranbir has impressed me a lot.. He is a natural in front

of the camera and a pleasure to watch...

I don't like how people are choosing Saif, SRK, Aamir, and Salman. These actors have done nothing beside stereotypical roles or repetitive roles. I'm actually getting sick of them, esp Aamir trying to be all pretentious about filmmaking. I'm also sick of Akshay Kumar who was pretty good before he went out with all these random films every year.

Urmila Matondkar would be one of my choice. She's pretty good.

Comedy: Daud

Horror: Kaun, Bhoot

Romance: Rangeela, Mast

I've seen her couple of other films like Satya, Jungle, Jaanam Samjha Karo, Maine Ghandhi Ko Nahi Mara, and Juddai.

Also, Manisha Koirala was pretty good, but not anymore.

In Actors, I can only think of Ranbir in the "newcomers" He was pretty good in Wake Up Sid, Rocket Singh, and Ajab.
