I don't think he is a werewolf. Strong possibility when he was left to bleed to death (by Abhay) he was saved by 'something'. I don't think the wolves are harmful as even in Twilight series the Werewolves were simply to protect the humans from the vampires. The ones responsible for the killings were infact the James' clan ....
Plus Danish does not know what Abhay is so he took the knife to harm him not realising that it will not do any harm.

yes you r right i also think that he is not a werewolf........but cv and ekta can do anything.... they can make impossible thing also possible..😉😉
