Its up to Iccha now that what she gives more importance to, Veer's love or the Uttaran thingy.
Even Veer knew that Iccha had been his brother's wife and them being physically close is possible too. But Veer never paid heed to such stuff, instead he supported Iccha.
And as far as Tapasya-Veer marriage is concerned, it was TOTALLY because of Iccha that Tapasya got the status of being the First Wife of Veer, so Veer doesn't deserve to pay the price of Iccha's mistake.
It'd be really awful on Iccha's part if she doesn't understand Tapasya's true intentions now and begin rethinking over her marriage with Veer, hence reverting back to her old habit of giving importance to everything sans Veer.
