i love the hyderabadi mirch ka salan.....but too many ingredients...🥱....i love it when someone else makes it......for me its too much work......same with baghare baigan.

I know, it's time-consuming... I felt as if I was in the kitchen forever... That was just a trial when I made it for just 2 ppl, imagine tonight I have to make for 25 ppl for an Office Potluck
I am slightly allergic to baingan, so I prefer Mirchi 😃 I love every Hyderabadi dish 😳
