Daniel Radcliffe: what he feels as the Harry Potter series ends?
The eight Harry Potter movies were like each growing period for Daniel and his co-stars Emma Watson and Rupert Grint, who plays Hermione and Ron respectively. He is finding it very tough to separate himself with his co-stars and the film because they have become part of his life now.
Daniel Radcliffe, whom we all know as our own Harry Potter, got very emotional when they finished shooting for the last movie Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. It was quite natural for the 21 year old actor as he grew up with the film since last 10 years and considers the film's team as his 'family'.
Daniel Radcliffe
Since he was 11, Harry Potter started playing the role of JK Rowling's hero wizard. Radcliffe said that he has developed understandings with Emma and Rupert and it will remain within them throughout life. He feels a special bond between the three and he was touched seeing Rupert crying on the last day of shooting.
Daniel added that he enjoyed shooting dance with Emma in a tent and they bonded like real brother sisters. He feels very close to the crew person, who used to dress him as Harry since these last ten years. During last June, when the last scene of the film was shot, all of them were unable to digest the fact the journey of Harry Potter is over. And Daniel confesses proudly that all of them cried on that day.
The young actor admits that whatever he gets in future to play will be only because of his performance as Harry Potter. He remembers how he had to wear a bra of Hermione during the shoot of the film and he found it much better than wearing a corset or stockings. He found it very funny and everybody was laughing at him.
Radcliffe enjoyed the scene in the last movie where he had to look like a 35-year-old and facing Voldemort. He felt like looking into his future when he went through the make process to look like a 35 year old.
It was not only painful for the actors but for the Harry Potter fans too. Millions of Harry Potter fans will surely burst into tears when they bid adieu to the last film in July next year.
