I believe a discussion post wasn't made on today's episode so thought to make one so that we can post our views on today's episode.

All the contestants had double performances today :)
The first performance was with their Guru's.
Second performance was a challenge from their fellow contestants.

Personally for me, Shekkuuuu and Sugandha's Hey Shona performance took the cake. It wasnt perfect, but the presentation was absolutely beautiful. Secondly, I will be a bit partial because that is one of my most favorite songs. Finally, Sugandha sang something different from what she has been singing for the past several episodes.

Now coming to Daler Mehendi.. WOW!! Honestly, I am quite surprised. His range is amazing. The Ghazal Ranjeet sang with Daler Mehendi was nice as well.

Abhilasha's & Sugandha's second performance was absolutely beautiful. Very Talented singers!

Three cheers for musician particularly on Tabla Shri. Manojbhai and on Vina Shri. Shuklaji.

Abhilasha is truly deserve the highest vote.

Bishakh also proved that he can sing Classical base.

Sugandha with shekhar has good chemistry in singing.

Kamal was good with VIshal compared to his solo gazal performance.

Pajji was full of energy as usual. What a high pitch of sur...

Ranjeet Rajwada Saab ko akhri salam from this show and Best wishes for future singing career. I love to be there in live concert of Ranjeet.

this sign of winning quality: kamal has shown such wonderful progress that he is in the list of history of indian music. Definitely winner.

Loved the song choices in the second half ...beautiful choices 👏 Also the camaraderie between the contestants even while challenging each other was very nice. The musicians especially the Sitarist and the tablewale were also really good. It was a really worthwhile episode after a long time.

I really enjoyed the episode. It was a chance to showcase versatility and strengths. I am glad that Bisakh got a chance to show off his classical chops. Today, i really loved Kamal's songs -- both of them. He should really become a ghazal singer if playback does not work out. Sugandha was great though I am always more fond of her classical songs. Abhilasha was relatively weak but still good. That Guide song is a little tough to nail perfectly. Ranjeet did also seem non versatile and in any case we know that and while I adore him, let's be honest -- he is now out of his league. One thing I thought is that Kamal's comments on Bisakh were not so generous.

But overall I liked the episode.

For me Sugandha was the best ( Hey Shona), Kamal was second best.

I thought Paaji really outdid himself today! All three of his songs were so great! High energy on the other two, and the ghazal was nice too with Ranjeet. I think he realized that Ranjeet could not be heard in the other song. 😆

Abhilasha and Sughanda did real well in their challenge songs.

I did not like "Hey Shona" from Shekhar or Sughanda. It was real shrieky.

Kamal was real good in both of his songs, and Bishakh proved to us that he CAN sing classical.

Sad to see Ranjeet go! Made me almost cry!
