The bullet hit Arjun's chest but it went through Arohi's heart.
It starts out with Arohi saving Shefali, and then Arohi herself gets into danger, Kali insists Arohi on calling Arjun and when he hears her voice, all he knew was Arohi was in danger, his heart knew that she was in danger and he would do anything to protect her.
He jumps right inside the cottage and sees his Arohi at a gun point, and forgets everything, he forgot that Arohi is his dad's enemies granddaughter, he forgot that Arohi is someone he is not allowed to get close to, he forgot Arohi is going to marry Chiku, all he knew was Arohi is at a gunpoint, she is in danger.
Arjun would rather get shot than have Arohi take the bullet in his presence, if that girl had gotten even one scratch, Kali would have been dead on spot. His love for Arohi has grown so much that all he knows is he will protect her no matter what.
The two are ready to do anything and everything for each other. When Arjun extended his hand and Arohi took his hand in hers and went with him, it was a big point of this episode. Thank you thank you CVz for having this BG score when they held each others hand, because it made the scene so much worthy and had to be handled with care.
The holding of hand today has so many meanings. Arjun is ready to hold her hand and be with her in every problem. Arohi is ready to stand by him in every hurdle. Both have so much trust in each other that when Arohi accepted to go with Arjun, she had no doubts, she knew she was in safe hands, she knew she was with Arjun, the man who has always thought about her before he has about himself. These two are ready to walk together in life, they are ready to accept each other, they don't care about what people will say, their love is above everything.
When Arjun extended his hand, his expressions said it all...he will always take care of Arohi, he will always protect her, he loves her and he can't see her in trouble, he had a little bit of satisfaction when Arohi held his hand, he was happy that this girl who calls him a Monster trusts him...he was happy to know that Arohi has a better image of him now and he is happy to know Arohi understands him. The look they exchanged when they held hands, was of understanding, trust, and a new begining to their relationship.
