If this interview is read the way Sushant would actually say it then it makes much more sense; just add in all the umms, uhhhs, trackbacks, language changes, pauses, laughs, smiles etc. This interview seems pretty poorly transcripted though, I can easily bet that there were many more "hmmmmm"s and "hahahaha"s in there. On a side note, which writer actually writes "hahahahaha"? Loads of spelling mistakes too; don't these people have editors?
Anyway, I actually kind of liked his answer on Ankita. It was a nice - though slightly silly - way of telling the reporter to move on to the next question. Also, reading "I don't know" is better than a straight up "no" or having to watch them flaunt their relationship for publicity. Those types of coverage-hunting couples really get on my nerves and also get loads of negative and speculatory press on even the smallest fight they may have. Better to keep a privacy stance and have people spread gossip that's actually true rather than baseless rumors.
