Well I have always been a very very silent member of this forum and practically havent watched any of the episodes recently and just kind of followed thru awesome written updates..
but I have a feeling lately that star plus is kind of having a hangover of 2 sisters tale...ever since a very popular 2 sister show got ended (read Bidaai here) starplus is kind of relying on its hit formula...
so 2 sisters eventually (by forced, or consensual) get married in the same home and the 2 brothers have often contrasting personalities and how they deal with their credits, faults, misunderstandings, jealousy, siblings love, hatred, and then finally joining hands in finishing off the evil from the house...
So why am I still surprised over what happened to Pratigya? coz I tght this show was different and wouldnt lead Pratigya to literally fight with her own kin to get her motive cleared...
there is Another show on star plus which is sailing in the same boat (read chand chupa..)
I am not comparing any shows with Pratigya, but just asserting the fact that CVs and the channel have lost it to the formulas and tracks which were hit once upon a time and have lost the essence of the show which made it to the success it has seen...

I don't know why but in serials, all siblings of one family end up marrying the other family's siblings? Why is everyone so interconnected? It's like the female lead's sister is the only remaining good-looking girl in the world 😆
You're right about the sister act though..... the formula is copied in lots of shows (personally I always thought Uttaran was very similar to Bidaii)..... and looks like MKAP will do the same. If Arushi stays married to KN, the show will become all about the on-off love-hate relationship between 2 sisters married in the same house.

The difference in this show is that Arushi is not Kn's legal wife and another woman's life is attached to the whole situation . In all the other shows (Bidai and uttaran) no one was illegaly married.
