I am not a regular viewer , But i want to really ask how can Shakti marry Arushi where he is already married to Kesar I mean two marriage is not approved in Indian law . It is illegal

it's not allowed. arushi is just a mistress, in the eyes of law.

I don't know anything about, where it is allowed in their religion or not.

Acc. to Hindu Marr. Act, Bigamy is illegal. There are no ifs and buts about it. After creating a big ruckus in one of previous episodes, it is atrocious as to how the CVs have chosen for P and K to keep quiet this time around. It is a travesty of any sane person's mann ki awaaz.
