Salman Khan refuses to judge Jhalak Dikhla Jha

Mumbai: It's not only the filmmakers who are queuing up to cast Salman Khan but TV producers too are in a fray over him. The actor, who has taken the nation by storm in his latest host avatar for 'Bigg Boss 4', is the current favourite with reality show-makers who are approaching him with all kinds of whopping offers. And now, Salman has been offered a humongous sum to host dance reality show 'Jhalak Dikhla Jaa' with dancing queen, Madhuri Dixit.

However, this time round Sallu has turned down the offer. Even though Salman shares good relations with Madhuri, he chose to refuse the showmakers. And it's all owing to the animosity that Colors shares with the channel that has offered Salman the dance reality show.

Since Sallu is on good terms with Colors, he doesn't wish to work with its rival channels.

Confirming the news, a source said, "The channel was keen to have Salman as one of the judges on the show especially as their last show with him ' Dus Ka Dum ' was a huge hit. But the differences between the channel and Salman are yet to be sorted out. So he refused, though he did make an exception for Farah Khan, when he made an appearance on 'Entertainment Ke Liye Kuch Bhi Karega'."

Salman isn't a great dancer (not that I know of! nor has he showcased his dancing skills to a point where everyone went speechless..besides the over-rated towel move of his). So I don't understand why is/was he being approached for such? And what happenned with Shahid? Wasn't he gonna judge this show?
