Vrinda demands half the Jagirdar estate
Yuvraj tells Vrinda that this is not the time for jokes, since all guests, including relatives, are outside. Vrinda tells him that she ain't kidding, and that his mom had promised her whatever she wanted, and this is it!!! Yuvraj tries to reason w/ her, but Vrinda tells him that she's making a big show outside on his behalf about her future, her baby when she's not even married to him, so she wants security. She tells him that she's obtained the legal papers needed for this transfer from her miniature, and demands that he sign it!!! Yuvraj reads it, and it's basically a statement from him giving Sandhya (not Vrinda) 50% of his assets.

For the first time ever, Yuvraj explodes @ Vrinda and asks her whether she's out of her mind? Vrinda orders him to tone down, and tells him that her life's work is being done here, what w/ baby & all that, and threatens him that if he refuses, the opportunity of a baby for him is gone. This obviously changes Yuvraj, and he tries to buy time, but Vrinda demands it right then. She tells him that even his real wife didn't have security, and she's just a double, and if anything happened to her, what then? So she needs security!!! She tells him to talk to his mom & get it signed, and if he can't, they part ways.

Downstairs, Yuvraj tells them that she's refused to come, and Prabha is shocked, telling him that all relatives are waiting. She urges Yuvraj to give whatever money she wants. Yuvraj tells her that she doesn't want money, she wants a share of their property, and that too half! All are shocked, and Prabha thinks she has gone mad. DK thinks that she's making everybody mad, but nobody listens to him 😆

Sarla & DK revolt against Prabha acquiescing
When they confront Vrinda, she tells them that if asked 100 times, her answer would remain unchanged. She tells them that if they agree, they can talk, or else, she's leaving. Prabha tries to explain to her that even if they were to transfer all the property to her, it'll take @ least 2 days, and begs her to at least not refuse to attend the party, but Vrinda points out that she already had all the legal paperwork done!!! Prabha tells her that she's acting like a baby, but Vrinda points out that it's they who want to indulge in baby talk involving her outside, but who'll take care of her? She tells them that she's not a sucker, and if they're not going to sign, she's kulti. 😆 She goes to the cupboard to pull out all her clothes, but Prabha stops her and tells her that she's prepared to sign. DK & Sarla chachi are just frosted (and so begins their love story ❤️😆)

Prabha takes the papers & sits down to sign, but Sarla protests, asking her if she's even thought of them?! Prabha asks her whether she dares question her decision, and Sarla tells her that she's definitely speaking out 👏 She tells them that they all love Yuvraj, but Prabha can't put them on the streets for his sake. She concedes that everything is in Prabha's name, but reminds her that both DK & Pankaj have contributed just as much to this fortune. So everybody has equal rights to all this fortune.

Yuvraj, rude as usual, tells Sarla chachi to shut up, and tells her that they've been just as supportive. Sarla tries to protest, but Yuvraj shuts her up. (I was beginning to feel somewhat sympathetic to Yuvraj when Vrinda was blackmailing him, but now that sympathy is gone) He tells them that whatever his mom is doing is for him, and Sarla chachi has no right to protest. Vrinda chuckles to hear all this. (Is she getting the entire property, or just half?)

Yuvraj announces that his mom is signing this and it's final. Sarla tells him that he can't do that, and Yuvraj tells her that they are. It's now DK's turn to beg, and he begs Prabha not to do this, despite whatever mistrust she may have of him. He tells her that if she signs it, everything will be finished. Prabha orders him to let go of her hand, and finally he does, and Vrinda smirks. All this while, Puru is just quietly watching.

Prabha goes ahead and signs it 😲😆 and tells DK that it would be better for him if he did not try to advise her. Today, they are in this state due to him, and so they want no advice from him. She gives the papers to Yuvraj, who co-signs it. She tells DK that if he disagrees w/ her, he's welcome to leave, as she doesn't want enemies of this family in the house. She tells him that due to Vrinda, Yuvraj can now hold his head high. As for the property, once her grandson arrives, let alone half, Vrinda can have it all! 😆 (I can see Vrinda getting a baby real soon bypassing the 9 months in order to possess that remaining part) DK & Sarla are shocked.

She asks Puru if he has anything to say, and Puru tells her that when it was time for him to say, he didn't, so why say anything now? He had lost control of things way back when, so could do nothing but watch. He tells them to do whatever they wish, and leaves. Prabha tells both DK & Sarla that she expects from them the same co-operation that Puru showed. DK tries to protest, but Prabha dismisses them. Yuvraj hands over the papers to Vrinda.

Vrinda tells him that her miniature manager will check it, and invites him downstairs to party. In fact, she invites Aunty-ji/Mummy-ji as well.

Sarla urges DK to prove that Vrinda is not Sandhya
Vrinda is dragging Yuvraj out, when he reminds her that she's supposed to be blind. He reminds her of the names - DK, and they go ahead to the party, and she starts getting congratulated by the guests.

A very pissed off Sarla chachi is watching all this from upstairs, recalling Yuvraj's rude comments to her. She also recalls Pankaj telling her that everything her FIL left in Prabha's name was b'cos it belongs to Yuvraj. DK joins her, and asks her to observe them carefully. He tells her that nobody is willing to believe him, but when they do realize who it is, it will be too late.

DK tells Sarla that it's none other than Sandhya who's here, and is out for revenge. Sarla tells him that she's rarely seen an idiot such as him - if he swims upstream, he's going to drown. Sarla asks him what he will gain if he did establish that she is Sandhya? For the sake of argument, let's assume she is. What will he gain by demonstrating it - nothing will change for them. Despite living amidst all these riches, they're not even beggars 😆 If he did demonstrate that she's Sandhya, then officially, she's Yuvraj's wife, and legally, everything would then go to her.

OTOH, if he could establish that she was not Sandhya, then the papers that Prabha signed would be invalid, since they had Sandhya's name on it, whereas Vrinda is not Sandhya. What's even better is that if it's established that Vrinda is not Sandhya, then Yuvraj Jagirdar will go to jail once again. 😆 (I like Sarla's refocussing DK's priorities 😆)

Sarla instigates DK to revolt
Sarla tells DK that once Yuvraj goes to jail a 2nd time, Prabha would be too busy w/ him, & it would be no problem for them to get hold of the property papers and make it theirs.

DK is shocked, and asks Sarla if he's supposed to go against his own family, against his own Yuvraj? Sarla asks him what is wrong w/ him (indeed!) After a good deal of ill-treatment, even a dog will bite its master, but DK is human after all, so he's confusing her now. After all, it was he who released Yuvraj's secret, which is what put them all in this situation. She tells him that she has one idiot of a hubby who wants to be a Lakshman to these people, but DK wants to be here just b'cos he knows that control of all this property is w/ Prabha, and that he hopes that some time, Prabha might feel generous towards him & give him something.

DK concedes that it's somewhat true, and Sarla asks him why is he so inhibited? While he & Pankaj think differently, they have the same desires. She reminds him that he & Pankaj are own brothers, while Puru is a step-bro. DK protests & points out that Puru never looked @ them this way, but Sarla points out that his great wife did. She points out how Prabha asked him to leave, and asks him whether he's not satisfied w/ the current abuse & wants more? She tells him to think of something to prove that Vrinda is not Sandhya, and land Yuvraj in jail.

DK urges her to consider that if he does that, they could all end up in jail. Sarla smiles, and suggests that they not do this case themselves, but instead get it done by Sandhya's sisters, who are not willing to believe that it's Sandhya. She urges DK to give the Vrinda evidence to Sandhya's sisters, and they'll do the rest. DK's looking @ her like she's mad 😆

Sarla asks him whether he'll support her in this new struggle? DK looks downstairs @ Sandhya, while Sarla has her hand stretched. Finally, he realizes that he has few alternatives, and tells Sarla that he's w/ her. The 2 shake hands, and a new alliance is born (which is more real than Vrinda's baby)

I liked everything about today, and the best part was that it wasn't one sided. While Sandhya got hold of half the property, and knows what to do to get the other half, DK is being re-focussed. Of course, it was Sandhya's plan to create discord within the family, although that's done quite well by Prabha & Yuvraj themselves.

And I like Sarla chachi now stepping up and doing something to damage Yuvraj & Prabha. I agree w/ her - they are a joint family, she has 2 girls of her own, and in the blind campaign to pamper Yuvraj, their needs are totally ignored. On one hand, every evil that has ever been done for Yuvraj is justified by Prabha under the name of mamta, but Sarla is read the riot act whenever she wants anything for Jyoti & Priya. I'm totally w/ her and am glad that if she couldn't get Pankaj, she at least got DK.

I hope DK does survive in the haveli at least while Yuvraj goes to jail again, and this time, the Jagirdars have a lot less to pull Yuvraj out w/, while Sandhya may or may not decide to fish him out. But I suspect (& hope) that this alliance b/w Sarla & DK works, so that DK can feed Sakshi the info and get Yuvi back in jail, while Sandhya figures out how to get rid of their remaining assets.

Only thing about this alliance that makes it somewhat inconvenient - while Sarla has no crimes under her belt and can do anything, DK has to be careful, not only of Prabha, which Sarla also does, but also of the police, which Sarla does not. Sarla should also get Sunita on board and persuade her to support her & DK. But this twist makes the battle more interesting, so love it!!!

Thank you - this story is getting more interesting.

I think this is hardly a real alliance - one of greed and convenience will not last. Further, the "alliance is fundamentally confused:

- provifng she is vrinda puts the noose on PK

- proving she is sandhya takes the money from them

So PK loses both ways, and Mr. ear ring is going to give Sarla some spanking for her "entrepreneurship"

I feel all is does is splinter the jagirdars - and all the dirty evidence will be accessed by Sandhya's sisters, and now even Sandhya can be open with them given she has the money - just need an equal number of thugs to guard her against jagirdars

Enuf of talk even before watching today's show - Vrish you the man - u got me hooked :)

See, exactly what I had predicted, Sandhya had thought Sarla to be as harmless as Sunita, else she'd have confided and allied with her long time back.....
She thought that even Sarla ahd done that for Sandhya's sake, but she actually did it since she realised that even she was a mother of two girls and no one will be there to save Jyoti or Priya if they get stuuck in a situation like this if she doesn't save Sandhya.
And what she's doing now is also for her daughters and their future.

Whatever it might be, I am glad DK switched sides and the foursome has lost their mastermind. But I'd have really liked it if he'd have done it because of the confrontation with Sunita
