I have to say that I would rate all three 10 in a rating from 1 to 10 with 10 being the worst. All three tried to harm and eventually end their respective children in the respective serial/movie/story, which is an unpardonable sin and there isnt anything more ruthless and heartless than that in the world. I can not pin point one out of the three or any other parent who behaves similarly, except that Darth Vadar probably got redemption in the end as he sacrificed his life for his son and in his final dying moments, he realized his wrong deeds and sought forgiveness from Luke.
