I think Cassio might be Kanoo, of all the people😲......remember when he touch Arpi's feet right after the wedding and BJ gave that glare.....that scene seemed odd at the time but I suspect may gain significance at a later time.

Well, we know about Othello because we have read it😃😆...no big mystery here😊

As far as Iago is concerned, he is present in GKD in the form of BJ...........you won't have to go too far to find the parallels: her tragic and violent widowhood (real or imaginary, remains to be seen) /his perceived sense of victimisation, her feeding tripe to Avi about revenge, Arpi etc/ his insinuations about Desdemona and Cassio, her two-faced monologues/his sinister real face vs the public persona of honesty.

Haven't watched Omkara, so cannot comment on it, but GKD is definitely Othello in the making. The jealousy track, though in the background now, will really take the centerstage once BJ's other schemes to separate Avita fail.

We can just hope and pray it has a different ending than Othello!
