Part 7:

Guys I have mentioned New Year will be three weeks sorry about that im going to make it 6 days…from when Maan was introed… as it is needed to change the story line a bit…

Next day Maan woke up with a start again by those almond big beautiful eyes…Maan self thot… Maan u r loosing to those eyes…

He makes his way to the main door for a morning stroll…

While walking he runs into some one who was back from their jogging … she tripped on a log which was next to Maan and caught him by his hand to avoid to touching the ground and he helped her by getting her in position by grabbing her by her arm…

He slowly lifted hr up… and asked her whether she was ok…For some reason her face was familiar to him…

She nodded for a yes with her eyes closed and rubbing her hands…. Wic brushed with the ground a little… Maan left her there and proceeded for his walk…again lost in his thots … Y is everything in this village is Familiar to me… esplly the photo in the room"her eyes" …was it really her... or this girl whom I met now… she also seems familiar…

At about 7… Maan returned from his walk… When he sets foot in her room all his tensions and self thot flew away soothing and peace taking over him…as if saying don't worry I'll be with you… I'll make it to you any how.

He went to take a shower again taking in the pleasance of the room… the shower area was so elegant and rich like it was made for him…

He self thot…This girl seems to be a part of me she likes the things which I adore more…He took his shower and came out …

Kartik called for him.

Kartik: come soon Maan… The function is about to start come on take u r breakfast..

Maan: Y it is so soon… I wanted to talk to the girl he said...

Suman: Maan people here follow auspicious times for the functions conducted and the time today is at 9 to 10… they have some rituals to be completed and the engagement will take place…

I think u can give ur decision a second thot…

Maan: Paar bhabhi… he protested but she went into the kitchen be fore he could utter a word…to get fruits for Kartik…

Kartik: Just do as ur bhabhi says…Give second thot…

Maan: Ok…I'll try my best (Maan for some reason started to like everything in the village he himself is not sure what it is…)

After breakfast Kartik, Suman, Yash, Meera who joined them later for the breakfast with Maan left for the Deshmuk's as Uncle, Aunt & Dadi went there earlier for making arrangements from the boys side…

Part 8:

Maan, Yasheera & Karman went to the Deshmuk's after Breakfast...

The house was big than the Ramkishen's but Maan felt Ramkishen's more homely and felt comfortable there...the hall was decorated well ...at the end of the room was a simple yet beautifully decorated stage for the bride and the groom to sit during the engagement...

Dadi, Aunt & Uncle were talking with Mr. Deshmuk and Pandit ji...

Maan and others were currently made to sit on tables arranged like dinning table...

Lavanya was getting ready helped by her friends...

Suman and Meera volunteered to Lavanya's room...

Maan was restless... He went to Uncle and told him that he wanted to see the girl alone

So that he can share his feelings to her and vice versa...

Uncle understood Maan... and was thinking that he personally wanted them to talk freely...but he was also thinking what the Deshmuk's will think of them...

Uncle: Maan I'll ask their permission... u can talk to her before the ceremony begins

Maan was glad his uncle din't deny it...

Maan: Ok... Uncle

Uncle went to meet Mr. Deshmuk

Uncle: Mr. Deshmuk ...cud I have a word with u he said excusing himself as Mr. Deshmuk was talking to his brother abt some important stuff...

Mr.D: Ji... bathaeyae...

Mr.M: Ji... what I want to ask cud Maan and Lavanya can meet alone and speak freely so that they can understand each other more easily as they will be leading their life from here after...

Mr.D (thot for sometime? he was also thinking of asking the same as Lavanya as also asked him the same): ji...Ok... I was also about to ask u the same thing actually said Mr. Deshmuk.

But it will be done as we discuss of the date for the marriage...

Mr.M: Thank u very much...

Mr.D:That's my pleasure and thanks to u also...

Everyone came to the living room of the Deshmuk's

Geet on phone yet again with Mr.Handa (phew...)

Geet:Papa muje kha tha na aap akhale math jaavo...phir thum aise kyun muje chod kar HP chali... U din't take proper rest also after returning to Delhi....U just took another flight available and u r informing now..

Papa: Sorry Beta... Muje laga ki aap apne kaam keliye gaye...then why sudn't I atleast attend the ceremony with Lavanya in ur absence...It wud be a support for her atleast for her from ur side...

Geet finally got convinced... Ok tell me in how many hrs or mins u'll reach HP...

Papa: In about 30 to 40 mins

Geet:ok... take care I'll finish ma work as soon as possible and I'll directly come to HP from here... Ok... Bye papa I have to go someone is waiting for me...

8.30 A.M Deshmuk's house

All are present...They bring Lavanya sown from her room...Maan saw her she was wearing a white color sleeveless ghagra...

Some holy rituals were conducted... Pandit ji asked them to exchange rings... Maan's face Fell...

Mr. Deshmuk signaled to Mr. Malhotra and uncle cleared his throat and said the bride and groom can talk personally if they want for sometime and we'll have the ceremony at 9.30 a.m.

Maan's face brightened up and Lavanya's face was red ...

Suman & Lavanya's friends with kartik took Luv and Maan to her bedroom and they waited outside...Lavanya's room was nice felt Maan but again he felt the same breeze cross him...he turned around to see y he had the feeling that the girl was around him...( Maan din't notice that there was a half life size photo of Lavanya and Geet behind him?as he was lost in his thot abt the girl...) Maan was abt to see the pic but was interrupted by clearing of throat from Lavanya...

Both Maan and Luv were embarrassed... Gestured each other to take their seat...They made formal intro of themselves... Maan din't knows how to start... So he started with basic of what course did she take in cllge...She started telling him...10mins went by... Maan wished he cud have come directly to the point...Maan gaining confidence started telling that he loves his family very much and he will do anything for his family's happiness etc...and this engagement I actually was not int
