TWO-TIMING LOTHARIO MAKES QUICK GETAWAY WITH MYSTERY GIRL
We pick up from where we left off y'day. Prats sees Aman seated down the hallway of the hospital with a woman resting her head on his shoulders. She trips into a tum-tum in her path. Strange coincidence, how Prats seems to run into someone or something every time she spots Aman in a public place just long enough for him to make a getaway before she can catch him red-handed. When she looks up Aman and his paramour have left the building. Krishna returns to find an anxious Prats looking down the hallway. She explains to Krishna " I just saw Aman here in the hospital with the same woman I saw him with at the mall." The two stand frozen to the spot instead of tailing him so they can expose him for his two-timing ways. Aman has now given Prats the slip three times in a row now. Looks like third time isn't a charm this time around. Krishna and Prats waste precious minutes just standing there looking ahead.
CONARTIST SCAM LAYS IT ON THICK, SAXES BUY INTO IT
Dadi tells Arushi to get into the kitchen and brush up on her cooking skills so she is ready to show off her culinary skills when she gets to her sasural. Arushi agrees while still engrossed in the book she's reading. Just then SCAM rings Prof. and begins his next chapter in conartistry. Prof. is thrilled to hear from the damadh-to-be "We were just talking about you". Aman lays it on thick "We want the wedding to take place quickly. He is trying to cover his tracks and getting the con job done before he is nailed. He not only lays it on thick but begins pouring it on thick too "Give us blessings that our marriage is also strong and we will be happy in our lives as we are today". He may tell his family that Prof. wants the wedding to take place soon just the way he sold it to Prof. just now. What sick game is this son of a gun up to? Will we ever find out. Prof. goes into his micro-mini baashan "All parents ever want is for their children to be happy."
SCAM'S MOTIVES QUESTIONABLE, CALLS FOR EARLY WEDDING DATE
SCAM explains " I called bec' Mom talked to pundit about the wedding and the sooner the wedding takes place the better for there is not as auspicious a time for another two years. I don't believe in these things but Mom believes in it so she wants the wedding to take place quickly". Prof. doesn't treat this like a five alarm warning when he asks for a speedy wedding? SCAM tells Prof. that the "Mathurs want the wedding to be within the week. I will come tomorrow to discuss if its okay with you". Prof protests "a week is less time for us to be ready for the wedding." SCAM assures him "I am here and will take care of it all". He puts his finishing touch to the conversation with a cold look in his eyes "but there is one thing I regret Uncle, that Pratigyaji and her family won't be attending this wedding". What is his gripe with Prats? Prof. saheb, imagine if you only had seen the scumbag's face when he said it with such cold contempt. Is SCAM playing a sinister game with Prats or does he have a bone to pick the Saxes? Maybe revenge for stiffing him out of his legal fees for his shoddy representation of Shamu at the trial? What is his sinister motive behind his plans to woo Arushi and bring the world crashing around the Saxes ears? Prof. is deeply disturbed at that reminder. He resigns himself to the situation "What can we do?" You could have done plenty Prof., for starters tell the IG to take a flying leap off the nearest cliff for even suggesting that you alienate your daughter for no valid reason of your own on a happy occasion. When and if SCAM's well laid out plans fail will he come back to take his revenge on Prats and Kriya at a later date on some other pretext? He hangs up after promising to talk to his Dad and come over to discuss arrangements. Dream on buster! You are going to be busted in broad daylight. What color will infuse itself on his pale face? Want to guess? 😛
NAINAJI COMPLAINS, SHAMU REGRETS
Nainaji complains about the urgency of getting things done. Shamu assures her he can handle it all. Why doesn't that sound convincing at all? KRIYA'S ON MISSION TO SAVE ARUSHI FROM SCAM MARRIAGE
Prats is anxious after seeing Aman yet again with another woman for the third time three days in a row. She is concerned about Arushi's future. Krishna tells Prats "I never trusted the guy from the beginning. You look at his face and he looks like a dhokebaaz. He walks around with duyi-duyi face, that's why I never liked the guy. If you are so scared to tell her, imagine her life later on, she will be crying and living in fear all the time". Prats agrees "You are right. Before it is too late I have to tell the family the truth. Before anything goes wrong with Arushi, I will unmask Aman's real face in front of everyone." Krishna is very pleased "Now that's more like it. There is nothing to fear about, for I am here with you. I want to go with you to your family's to put an end to the lawyer's game". Prats lets Krishna gently down "I know you want to help me but let me go alone this time. If I tell Arushi this truth, I have no idea how she's going to deal with it. My parents will be very upset. If you are there they wont' talk properly". So Prats, why don't you remind your maikewalas that Krishna is your husband and they should treat him as a member of the family. Krishna is fine with it "Go alone. I trust my wife. You can handle it by your self. But then, If you need me just ring me"😳. Prats is moved by his support and confidence in her. CURIOUS CAT KN GETS INFO FROM NAVE KRISHNA RE: ARUSHI WEDDING
KN wanders in and is intently listening in to the conversation. Curiosity gets the better off him and he wants to know what the argument was all about. Yeah right! He is planning marriage to Arushi on the one side and getting on with another woman on the other side. Prats found out about it and she is going to stop the wedding plans". KN feigns surprise "Really? You did the right thing. I knew there was something the matter there. But no one accepts me. How can Arushi get married to him. She is our relative and their respect is ours too. He was up to no good". A naive Baba praises his bro "What's going on KN? You care so much about my sasural here's a "Thankoo" from us. Wah Baba! PRATS SPILLS THE BEANS ABOUT AMAN'S DUAL LIFE TO SAXES
Prats arrives while Saxes are in the midst of wedding plans. The sisters embrace. Prats is anxious and trying to contain her emotions and starts off on a philosophical note. But Papa when I took Krishna to the hospital today I saw the face of that woman. Papa, Aman lied the other day that the woman in the mall with him was his bhabhi. It wasn't the bhabhi but another woman". The family is in shock😲. "Today I did not make any mistake. So I can confidently say to you all, Aman is not the right man for Arushi. He loves that other woman not Arushi. Please stop this wedding. Aman is not the right man. He has kept all of us in the dark. Aman is a big dhokebaaz and with a mask on his face and living a fake life". The Saxes are devastated to hear this news bulletin.
ADARSH PLAYS DEVIL'S ADVOCATE, DEFENDS AMAN
Adarsh plays devil's advocate comes in defense of Aman "How can you say he loves the other woman. There could be another relationship, may be a distant relative or someone's sister. You can't look at all relationship with one eye." Prats refutes his point of view "But what he was doing with that woman anyone looking at it can easily say what their relationship was". Saxes are in shock and in denial. They wish Prats would give them a different story. Nope! Sorry Sad Sax you got to face the truth at some point. Sticking your head in the dirt won't cut it anymore. You can pretend you didn't hear it and build a dam nearby to drain your tear ducts for the rest of your life or wake up, smell the chai, strike that, make that coffee, your brains seems fogged up with too much chai already. See the reality for what it is and you won't have to be so pareshaan amymore. So what say you, willing to give it a try?😉
SAXES IN DEEP DENIAL
Enough of your denials already. The three elder Saxes chime in one after another, trying very hard to push back at any negative news about their favorite pale face damadh wannabe SCAM! A worried Prof. asks "What are you saying"? Nainaji adds on "Why would he do it? Dadi assents her sentiments "What's the need for him to do such a thing?" Prats replies "I also wonder but I am glad the truth about Aman came out when we still had time and my sister's life was saved. Arushi slaps Prats's hand away enraged by her words. You teeny twit, the truth may taste bitter now but it's better you face up to it than to pretend it's all hunky-dory only to turn bitter when it's too late and you are already caught in his web. Had you seen the cold look in his eyes when he talked about Pratigyaji not coming to the wedding it would have made your blood turn cold. This man has a sinister motive behind his actions. Whether we will find out the truth is a whole different ballgame.
