He was there sitting in an airplane in deep thoughts about his past nd his forthcoming future thinking about what if he met HER how will he face HER after 4 long years he closed his eyes with some lines on his forehead which were probably because he felt back in the memory in whch he rewinded the moments when he protested so as not to come to this place where SHE was after she had gone 4 years back

"No DR. Armaan i think i have told u a million and hundred times to please not to mix ur personal and proffessional life together but u dont seem to be known to it",the head senior doctor of sanjeevni hospital the hitler and the gabbar of the hospital DR. Keerti blasted to him.
"But DR. Keerti u know how i feel and why cant u send anyone else instead of me i mean there is'nt any shortage of good and capable doctors in sanjeevni", he protested
But all those efforts reamined unaffected on DR. Keerti as she told him in an ordering tone as if commanding him,"DR. Armaan this the last time i am telling u that u are going to HARVARD for a month for the GloBAL Doctors Conference and yours tickets have already arrived u will be leaving tommorow so now u can go and start packing ur stuff and i dont want to hear any NOs from u am i clear?"
"Yes DR. Keerti", he said lowering his head and just thought as if how will he be able to manage

His trance was broken by the air hostess who had come to offer him some beverages.
"Sir what would to like to have tea or coffee??", she asked him politely.
"uummm.......well can i get a cup of HOT CHOCLATE??", he asked her as from the past 4 years he had made HER tastes his he now loves everything which SHE liked and he was a totally selfless person now who was just living as a dead body.
"Sorry sir but its not available but u can have either of these instead,"the airhostess apollogised to him.
"no thanks",he replied with a small smile on his face.
he again went into deep thoughts when after a couple of hours he heard the announcement.

He took a deep breath and wondered what is destiny going to plan for him next.
